When we visited the Dutch Barn sales site, we were allowed to walk through the display models without being followed by the sales person (which we like). The salesperson on site, Larry G., was very helpful and patient with us and actually directed us to a better value for our money as we found we could purchase a storage shed that was built for a golf tournament at a discount if we were willing to wait until after the tournament to receive it. We weren't going to be at the house when the shed was delievered as we were still going to be living in another state; we marked the area we wanted the shed with their flags and the shed was delivered and placed exactly where we wanted it to be. They leveled it and set up the ramp to the door. We are very pleased with their quality and service. We would go back to them for another shed if we find we need one and would recommend them to anyone

I've used House Doctor's a few times and have been very pleased. They were professional, on time and did a good job. They built a storage shed for me and replaced my front door. The shed was placed in an inconvenient location in the yard and they moved it without any problems. House Doctor's also arranged my landscaping job to coincide with a drainage system being done. The bill was much more than I had expected and Steve Cranford at House Doctor's was extremely responsive to my concern, explained the situation and lowered the price to meet me more than half way. Yadkin Valley Vineyard & Fencing Co
Partner Jon Cox came with helper and built shed whichlater proved to be smaller than planned. They did not order the right amount of concrete to build the shed according to plan so had to build an interior wall all around inside of shed , in turn leaving approximately a width of 2 ft. of dirt between walls. Dirt becomes saturated when it rains and is now rotting out the wood allaround the exterior of said building. I have tried for 2 years, starting with contacting Clay Tuttle of Yadkin Valley Vineyard and Fencing, he sent his brother who had no involvement with the building at all and would never come himself. I then started calling Jon Cox, the actual builder, and for the past 8 months he has promised to rectify the situation even claiming to have purchased the wood to repair the damage and dig out the dirt. Never showed up and now does not return my calls

This is an update to a previous report that was made before selecting someone to do this work. I interviewed about half a dozen firms to do my repairs. I chose Handyman Services because Sylvester gave me a lot of confidence he would do a good job when he came out to look at what I needed done. He conveyed this by his comments and suggestions as we discussed the needed repairs and by his very positive demeanor. I also liked that he had a high rating and good reviews on Angie's List. The icing on the cake was that his bid was below all the others...some by a wide margin. Sylvester did a great job in every respect and I'm very happy with the outcome. A definite plus was how easy and pleasant it was to interact with him during the course of the work. I was also very impressed with Sylvester's trustworthiness and integrity. I would have no problem with leaving him working in my house if I needed to run an errand. It became quickly clear to me that Sylvester is highly motivated to have very happy customers. I especially appreciated that he carried off all the debris at the end of the project. I highly recommend Sylvester without reservation
