BEWARE! NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK! NEVER RETURNED MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS! Spoke with Tony on the phone and he came to my house and provided an estimate. I talked with him three days later to confirm that he was chosen to do the work over two other contractors. He agreed to do the work the following Monday or Tuesday. He never showed up. I called and left multiple messages on his voicemail that week. Just in case there was a family or medical emergency, I called again the next week and left two other messages. Again, no return call. Very unprofessional. Completely unreliable

Shortly after purchasing our 1972-built home in 2005 we had a roof leak near a valley where a sun room was added in 1991. We called Jesse and he was on-site and immediately saw the problem with the shingle overlay on the existing roof. (Interestingly, the home had been owned by a building contractor as his residence, and he had added the sun room!) Jesse suggested exposing and both valleys, adding a valley trough, and replacing with matching shingles properly laid. The problem was corrected at a very fair price, and we never had another problem. So, in 2012 when we needed the entire roof replaced we called Jesse again. His crew worked quickly, did not damage our K-Guard gutters, and cleaned up well after the job. His pricing was fair, and I would much rather deal directly with someone who knows his trade than with a larger company who sends a salesman to do the estimate then the work crew. (Less overhead cost to cover as well.) Jesse gave me his handwritten estimate to start things, and I handed him my personal check at the end. There are things worse than doing business the old-fashioned way

Plymax came out the afternoon of the 12th, gave us an estimate on how much the repair would run us, and when they would be back to fix it, which was within a week. As roof leaks go, our was a super simple one - a nail had gone through a shingle. Plymax was back on 11/17, removed the nail, and replaced the shingles. The whole process was super quick and simple, which we really appreciated

I had a roof leak due to a gutter penetrating a shingle (bad gutter install - not tip-top). My call for an estimate was returned the next day and ultimately he was able to get out that day as well. While repairing that he also addressed some standpipe gaskets I asked him to look at and fix. I was foolish to have him proceed with all the above before asking the price, but it came back very fair, and he even revisited a week later after we discovered another leak at no charge. Regarding the negative review I saw - understand that you are not their only client and to accommodate your emergency means neglecting someone else. My schedule was flexible enough to allow Steve to call when he was diving between larger jobs on short notice, but sometimes you're gonna have to wait. I gave a B on responsiveness because I personally can't trust perfect reviews and though my experience is limited I expect most calls end up in a voicemail that is not returned until the end of the day or the following morning

I had recently acquired 2 small occasional leaks in my home. I specifically called home repair company's as I was not looking for a new roof. When the man arrived , he immediately said your going to need a roof but were just going to get your Home owners Insurance to pay. I told him I was not interested in a new roof just leak repair, he looked around my house and tried to solicit other work assuming i was flipping this house, which I am not.I asked him to just deal with the roof. He went o the roof, took pics measurements etc.Came back and told me the roof had some issues and he was surprised by only 2 leaks. Still NOT addressing the leaks. He then told me he would speak with the owner of the co but thought the only fix was a new roof, he then handed me a stack of company fliers and told me if I got them business I could make some money from them to help pay for my roof. After 6 days I never heard back from them, so I called and after 2 days of back and forth phone calls they could not even give me an accurate estimate because the did not have the measurements in there system. I explained that before I put a roof on my home, I would like the boot replaced on the vent directly above the first leak (Coincidence)?? and the flashing's replaced on the chimney above leak 2 (another coincidence)?? I was then quoted an outrageous amount of money for that service. I asked that a quote be worked up for a roof and mailed to me. That was a week ago and still I have received nothing. The receptionist was as friendly and helpful as she could be , but I feel that this company wasted 2 weeks of my time and was of no help.As well I feel insurance scams are a HUGE dishonesty.They were not interested in problem solving, or starting at the basics at all

We had 2 leaky roofs on 2 different houses. One around a stone chimney and the other around sky lights. Attempts at repair in the past had been unsuccessful with leaks recurring after the repairs were completed. I called several companies to inquire about a roof leak around my chimney. All About Roofing was the only company that had a live person answer the phone. She was courteous and helpful. The estimator came the same day, evaluated the problem, explained how and what was required to repair and provided pricing during the visit. They have standard list pricing based on Roofing Association estimated work guidelines. They returned to perform the work in a timely manner and did a good job

Within minutes after I received the recommended providers I received a call from Chris Wall with Ibarra Moon. After hearing the description of the issue he diagnosed the most likely issue and it potentially being a quick fix. He agreed to check it out the very next day and explained the options. It looked a like a quick fix could indeed be an option as opposed to a larger project removing/replacing shingles/siding would be an expensive proposition with the height of the house and steep roof. So we decided on the quick fix and if it did not have the desired results still go for the full job. Chris came back after the weather dried out to perform the fix himself.. He was great to work work with, very honest and generous as well. I highly recommend his services

Richard was easy to get a hold off and responded to my call very quickly to come provide a quote and inspect our roof. We needed a ridge vent and eve vents added to our garage and he was quickly able to provide a quote. While quoting this project, we also had him do a quick walk through of current roof and assess any damage. He noted a few minor repairs (nail pops, etc) that needed repair and was able to add that to our garage job with minimal additional cost. We agreed to the quote on Friday night and his crew arrived Monday. Richard was very professional and most importantly HONEST! He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We will definitely call him next time we need roof work
