My experience with CertaPro was wonderful from start to finish. Brian, the owner, was very professional during the estimating process, the office kept me informed about my start date, and the work the carpenters and painters performed was neat and professional. I loved not having to watch over the shoulders of the folks doing the work. Everything turned out great and I'll definitely be calling on them again

Overall, the work was done well and promptly. We had two areas of concern. First, the painters smoked a lot. Over the course of the day, they made a pile of cigarette butts on the driveway and picked up the pile before leaving. However, we did find a few stray butts around the house. Also, we have a dog and young children who could have gotten into the pile. Personally, I'd rather they not smoke on our property while working. Second, in working around the house, the painters destroyed some a temporary fence protecting some newly-planted grass seed. It appears that they simply pushed over and bent a metal stake holding up the fence rather than moving it or asking for it to be moved. I did discuss these issues with the owner. He said he would talk with his crew about the cigarette butts and offered a more-than-fair discount for the damage to the fence

Seth was very good to work with on the estimating and later on overseeing the crews doing the work. He was able to match the color of the old shingles so the new work blended in since we were repairing only a part of the roof. He was very professional and responsive. Work was started when schedule except for one rain delay and a crew sickness delay on the roofing job. Work was satisfactorily completed on time. Seth went beyond the call of duty when he came from the hospital during a serious family emergency to get the roofing job started. The office staff kept us informed on scheduling and delays. The crews worked efficiently and professionally but communication with the was sometimes difficult due to language barriers since I don't speak Spanish. We would definitely use the company again, thanks to Seth and the great support he provided

I contacted House Doctors for an estimate on the repairs that I needed done. Steve came out on May 10th to write up the estimate. He had a price and a start date two days later. The project went very smoothly and the work was completed in one day. I would definitely contact them again for any similar work or repairs needed

I have used them in the past and will use them again without hesitation. Small company where the owner is the person who is working on your house. This level of service is getting rare these days because many companies sub-contract work out to others and loose control of the workmanship

30 year roof. Not sure exact sf of roof but house is ranch with stand alone garage. Had to also replace handful of boards under the roof. Was on time. Finished the job quickly. Left it very clean upon completion. Communication was tough but I'm happy with the results.

The repair went well. The old flashing at the roof line (behind the ridge vent) was replaced in order to stop a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Jose replaced the flashing with a new sheet. However, a week later we noticed after a heavy rain, the leak in the kitchen ceiling was still there. I left several calls to have them come back out to follow up, but none of my calls were returned.
