Mr. Almestica was very prompt in returning my e-mail and arranging to give me an estimate. When I asked about the possibility of having the work done in time for a house showing, he was very accommodating and his crew did a beautiful job in a single day. The price was $100 dollars less than the next higher bid, from someone I'd hired in the past. Tropical Painting did a much better, more efficient job, and left everything perfectly clean.

My mom decided to remove the breadboard in our home and ended up removing a lot of Sheetrock with it :). We called Greg and he was quick to respond and complete the job since we were on a tight timeframe with other contractors. He added new drywall to two areas and skimmed coated others as well as fixed ceiling cracks and a few walls cracks. Those areas look great. Overall, he did a great job. There are only one or two spots that probably needed a little more attention but minor at best, but it's an old home so I can't expect the walls to be perfect! I would definitely recommend.

I called Brian and he called me back that day. He came the next day and gave me an estimate. I did not know the cost of dry wall these days, but he was the least expensive estimate I received out of 2. I probably could have found someone cheaper, but I know the work was done well by a professional. He was punctual or if he knew he was going to be running late , he called me. It took him four days to finish as he put 3 coats on the wall and the walls look great! If I am remembering right, he said he got the walls to a level 5 finish. He was very professional and his work was excellent. He cleaned up after he left each day and was very polite. I would definitely use him again.

Not only was did Mike give us the lowest price, but he also did great work. He was very fast and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate hiring him again.

I first bought an Angies Deal for 2 painters for a day and used them to paint my basement - paint job was great, and then did a great job of cleaning up. Then I asked them to repair drywall and paint the garage which was a larger job. Again very professional, paint and drywall job was excellent.

Very efficient, worked quickly, and charged a fair price. Unfortunately, he stopped communicating when I repeatedly tried to reach him to provided additional services. I never again heard from him. As I said to him in my last communication, I understand not having time to provide services, but there is no excuse for not communicating. Very unprofessional.

Called to schedule appointment for estimate. Very responsive. Came the same day. They originally were going to start the following week but had an earlier opening and asked if they could come in the next couple of days which was great for us. This is a large walk-in master bedroom closet which needed quite a bit of drywall repair as we had removed and rearranged built-ins. They did an excellent job repairing all the holes. Painted walls, ceiling, and trim. Most of this had to be done by hand as there was so much cutting-in due to built-ins. I will definitely call them again.

Richard really helped us out of a jam this week when another drywall contractor who had given us the runaround for a week, finally fell through completely. With new kitchen countertops on order and with a short window until their install date, Richard was able to step in on short notice and install drywall in our kitchen. He estimated a very fair price for the job, showed up when he said he would, was obviously knowledgeable and experienced as he explained the steps in the process. He used the correct materials for a ‘wet’ area, thinking of details that we had not previously considered, and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job, and left the kitchen neat and tidy every day, which is no small chore when working with drywall! We are so grateful for his help on this project, and would definitely work with him again.

1) Opened up wall between living room & family room, installed header for support. Case trim opening, repair drywall and paint. 2) I provided a photo of an open staircase that I wanted which opened up stairwell on both sides, framed opening with columns at the bottom. They included all demo, framing, LVL load bearing beams, drywall, painting, trim, decorative spindles, and custom stained handrail. 3) Frame closed my open foyer, drywall, sub-floor, redo ceiling, install light fixtures. Estimated timeline was met. Dan kept me well informed on progress. I received multiple estimates for this project. So happy I chose Dan Wagner with On-Target Construction. I Highly recommend.
