I tried to drain out my water heater to remove built up sediment. I released the TPG valve as recommended by several YouTube plumbing videos to allow the water to flow more freely. As a result, the heater sprung a leak that wouldn't stop even after shutting off the intake valve. My regular plumber doesn't work weekends but Pete Wall Plumbing does. They responded to my call immediately, on a Saturday, got it fixed, and Tom, the guy who was on call for the company, gave me great advice about prevention and maintenance. He was honest about the cost being higher on a weekend, which I expected. But for the time spent, the effort and quality of the work performed, and the good advice about what to do in the future, he is my new go-to plumbe

This is the second time (second home) I called Dry Pro for an evaluation. The first time they looked at a crawlspace and said no action required. Mark S called me 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. He ended up showing up about 10 min early. He looked at a moist basement and suggested that I monitor the situation and that doing something immediately would be a bit too aggressive (and potentially a waste of money). I know this review won't count as much because they didn't do the work, but I think it does speak volumes about how good they are about putting the consumer's interest before their profit

Great! Sales/inspector (Patrick Valente) came, explained, negotiated AND literally did everything as contracted. No abandonment, no hidden fees added and no payment badgering when it unavoidably took longer than expected. They even helped expedite getting electrician. The system brought home humidity down from 58-60% to normal range 38-40% shown on my dehumidifier which I stopped using. This Spring it proved it's worth because I've not seen any giant water bugs that creepy in late night and/or stayed when it rained

My only suggestion, prior to leaving the premises when the job is completed meet with the customer to see if they have any questions. I had to remind them when they were getting ready to leave I needed to pay them for their services! Would I hire them again you bet. Hard workers

Leak began Easter Sunday. Called and left message. Was called back prior to 9AM next day, and had service within a half hour. They replaced 'O' ring and tightened the faucet (it was a bit loose on the sink). Very pleasant, helpful service call - done with 30 minutes. Not free, but very reasonable for speed and quality. Highly recommended if you are in or near west Winston-Salem

Richard and his associate looked at the space and measured it. His associate went under the house to look at the possibles issues associated with the drilling of holes and placement of the dryer vent and water connections. During his time under the house, he placed his hand in a large puddle. They were not sure where the water had come from and made an appointment the next day to bring a camera and look for the culprit. The next day, they brought a camera and began the search for the problem. It was our air conditioning ducts. Without Richard and his crew, we would still be blissfully ignorant about the problem under our house. We appreciate the time they spent helping us with this problem
