This provider and the service manager were terrific. Everyone I dealt with made me feel that my project was very important and that they wanted to provide the best service possible. The service manager talked with the general contractor who was doing other work on the house and they realized that the current air conditioning compressor outside the house was sitting on top of the oil tank for the boiler that provided the circulating hot water for the old heating system. Had they not discovered this, there would have been substantial cost and effort later to move the new equipment in order to remove the underground oil tank which must be removed in order to sell the house. Despite challenges like needing to move the compressor to a new area on another side of the house and build a new support for it and work around the old air ducts, etc. the work was performed quickly and extra items such as converting the air intake grate in the house so that it could be opened and a filter put in so that no one has to go into the attic to put in a filter were really impressive. I appreciated the time and willingness to explain everything to me. This company goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and that the work is properly done. Both the owner and service manager were on site as the work was done to make sure everything went well. I am grateful to Angie's List for leading me to this provider

All went well until a week later, one of the toilets was dripping water from tank. Called Bodenheimer and they came out to locate the problem within 24hrs. Was a cracked tank and they replaced the whole toilet. Very happy with service.

Woke up to find expansion tank on hot water heater had rusted thru the bottom. After cutting the water off, called Pete Wall Plumbing and was told it would be a 2 hr. wait....after an hour they called back to tell me a serviceman would be here in 20 min.. . RIGHT ON TIME...he looked the job over and said it shouldn"t take too long and yes the tank was bad. The serviceman, Tom, was a pleasure and very helpfull in explaining what the job of the tank was and the life expectancy of it as well as the hot water heater lifespan and how it operates.. Overall VERY polite... called me "Sir" when he spoke to me! Would use again

The guys showed up right on time today. Completed the job very quickly. Put everything back just it was before before they dug for the tank cover. Couldn't ask for better service. This is the first time that I have ever written a review, but I felt it necessary based on my experience in dealing with Jeff Hayden and his son, Matt. Prior to making a decision to replace my hot water heater, Jeff explained all my options to help me make an informed decision. I decided to have them replace the water heater. They arrived on time and both Jeff and Matt performed the work. They were both extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what they were doing as they performed the work. They were also very friendly and courteous. All of the work was performed as expected without incident. The price was very reasonable. Nothing in my home was draining, so I called quality service today out, they sent out a technician who after further investigation determined that my septic tank was full, he was able to schedule me to get my tank pumped same day, Jeremy came out and did a thorough assessment of my septic system, offered me multiple options on different levels of cleaning and maintenance and has even set me up to have all the buried lines inspected via camera at no extra charge, these guys are the best, same day service by people you enjoy having in your home

Visited twice in one day. They went with fixing the least expensive option first. But that didn't work so they returned to replace a major part later that day. Wwe appreciated that he did try to save us money by fixing what may have been the least expensive problem first. But he was willing to come after hours if necessary to fix it if that didn't work. He did need have to come back. He was very nice, professional and thorough. We certainly recommend this company

I called Roto Rooter at 8 am and by 9.30 a gentleman was out at the property. He diagnosed the problem (roots in the pipes to the septic tank) and set about correcting it. He was courteous and efficient. The lady at the office was also very pleasant and helpful. Two months later the plumbing is still working fine. I believe they provide a three month guarantee of their work though you would need to check that they still do this when you call. The contractor will come to your property and give you an estimate. If you decline the estimate, they will charge you a call out fee, which I seem to remember was somewhere around $70. $270 felt a bit high at 8 am but a) their response was so incredibly quick and b) the service was so good that by the time the gentleman left at around 10.30 am it felt like a fair price. I would definitely call them again if I had similar problems

Mike, the Sales and Installation Manager was excellent. He explained what they would need to do, measured the house, checked the areas requiring installation and answered all questions. The Installers were very nice and professional. They covered their feet when entering the house and were careful around our walls/furnishings. Once the Installers completed their work Mike came back out and made a couple of changes to ensure everything passed code. The only negative was that we were told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 days for installation. We were a little surprised that the installers only worked half days. The way it was scheduled caused us to take additional time off work. The new Trane unit is nice and is operating well to keep the house cool. We haven't had a need to try the heating side of the unit yet. A nice lady at Bain contacted us to gather information and then submitted all information for our Duke Energy rebate. We received our rebate card very quickly. It took Bain a couple of weeks to contact us to set up the inspection with the county. They set it up for a specific date on line. Just a heads up, they do not set it up for a specific time so you may end up waiting most of the day like I did

2009:This company delivers fuel oil and also sells and services heating and air conditioning systems. They're a family-owned company that depends on word-of-mouth. They don't advertise. I first called them in December when we had just bought our house. The owner, Mark Pegram came out and did the initial inspection. (I asked him to make sure the equipment was all in shape.) He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I signed up for automatic deliveries but you can opt for only getting a delivery when you ask for it. They have several employees, all very courteous, and his wife, who works in the office, is really friendly and helpful. I love this company. 2012: Two other companies looked at my AC system and told me it needed to be replaced. The cost was $7,000-$9,000 because they said the furnace had to be replaced too. Pegram said they had a stop leak product that works well for small to medium leaks and that an older sytem like mine probably had several small leaks. This product was a great solution and only cost $183 instead of several thousand. These guys are great!

I had called to have Berico pump out an oil tank prior to removal. They came out and determined there was not enough oil in the tank to pump. They did not charge me for anything and even referred me to someone who would remove the empty tank. If we ever need their services in the future, we will definitely call them!
