The manager came to review the scope of work the very day I called and once settling on the project, began work promptly the following week. The company provided 3-5 workers every day. All employees were punctual, very professional and on task working the entire day. The workers were well managed and the manager was quick to see any issues that might have needed additional attention. The manager was on site every day discussion the project with the workers and making sure everyone was on the same page. The company provided skilled and experienced, mature workers. The furniture and other items were covered and everything was cleaned, swept and put away at the end of each day. The project was completed within a week. I actually felt like they were family before the week was over. It is a pleasure to have workers take such pride in their work and absolutely aim to please. I would not hesitate to hire Top Solution again or to recommend them to anyone in my community looking for remodeling

Dan and Steve had wonderful temperaments despite the heat they had to endure while working on the porch. They removed my old porch and replaced it with one that matches the personality of my home. I’ve gone out and sat on it several times and just love it! This porch is solid and has been carefully built. I’ve gotten many compliments on the style of my porch and have given their names out to several people. When I am financially able, I hope to replace my deck with a new one and will definitely use this company again. These men were extremely polite, knowledgeable and neat. I was trying to sell my house in Ardmore, and I needed to find someone to do a laundry list of work, involving both carpentry and painting. I didn't want to call a painter and then a carpenter, and I really wanted the same person to price the work that was going to actually do the work (no subcontractors). I called FOUR people. Dennis was the only one who called me back quickly - and he actually came out to price the job the same day I called. He is a one-man operation, and he does it all. He worked quickly, gave me prices I deemed to be very fair, and tidied up after himself when he was finished. I recommend him for any projects around the house

Outstanding! The work done was precise, careful, and with great attention to detail, for example, the distance between the rails was less than the length of the rail sections and Brad cut an equal amount from each end of the rail in order to keep everything symmetrical. Most would have cut from one end and left the job with a not-so-great look. On top of that, all the rails were level from section to section, and centered perfectly on the columns to which they were mounted. Kudos!

Marlon came out and discussed options and gave quotes, twice, and patiently answered questions, offered ideas and waited while I considered choices and decided what I wanted to do. He and his crew started when scheduled and finished a few days earlier than expected, despite a day or two lost to rain. I could not be happier with the results. The kiln-dried decking, stained Royal Mahogany, is beautiful. The Trex railing and ballisters give my house a whole new look. I LOVE my screened in back porch- a beautiful a living area I can fully enjoy without mosquitoes! With porch dimensions of 28x10 and 28x8, the cost of materials and labor did add up, but I feel the price was reasonable and worth every penny. I felt very comfortable that the crew knew what they were doing. The quality of all work was excellent. Definitely recommend Deck Specialist

He met with us beforehand to discuss the design and he made some excellent suggestions as to the type of wood and design that would look best. He called a few days before the start date and he and his crew showed up, on time, to start the project. They left each day cleaning up behind him. They finished the project right on time and on budget. After the porch was completed, we called Marlon back to change one small feature which he gladly did without charge. After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job

The salesman John said to hire them instead of two guys and a truck. He looked forward to working with us. The crew will repair any wood under the siding. The siding was installed by two guys with a truck and it’s buckling and falling off. Jennifer from Champion is very helpful & kind over the phone. John & Micah (real nice guys) have been back 3 times & it will be 4. They come & try to repair the mistakes. It has been 10 months. John can’t be reached. The siding was removed on front and I have to find out why it’s uneven under where they installed the siding. Once I level it up, they’ll come back and reside it. It’s all uneven and it keeps popping out on the top. This is taking forever and I think the first installers messed it up

Rich was very professional and prompt with coming out for estimates and service. He was realistic about his work load and turn around time. PORCH REPAIR: The level of damage to the porch was an unknown until the carpentry team began to dismantle and examine the degree of the water damage. They rebuilt the roof, replacing damaged wood and major support beam, moved an existing column to provide proper support of the roof, and did an all-around fine job on the porch repair. It was necessary to replace the guttering on the porch as well, which was done a few days later. I felt the pricing was very fair considering the amount of material and labor involved in this repair. NEW ROOF: The new roof was done over a two-day period and the crew was prompt and courteous. Everyone cleaned up nicely and Rich wanted to be sure that we were satisfied with the work and invited us to call him if any concerns arose later. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
