I can't recommend True Traditions highly enough. Of all the folks I've had work on stuff over the years - they had the most attention to detail and concern about doing things carefully and correctly. Most people I’ve ever had working in my home left me with a constant need to clean up after them. Never with these folks. They touched up any paint that needed it. Cleaned up the work are every day so we we never living around their mess. Just an impressive attention to detail. The did such a good job of keeping me informed throughout, asking good questions, and answering any questions I had. they really worked hard to keep my project running smoothly.

Deck Specialist & Outdoor Living
Marlon Triplett and his crew did an amazing job on all of the work. They worked on my deck over Christmas of 2016. They worked despite rainy conditions, setting up tents and making the best of it. The deck turned out beautifully - the materials and workmanship are high grade. The patio was built about month later due to the rainy ground conditions during that time of year. It turned out beautiful as well. They also built a new porch rail on my front porch and added an enclosure around my A/C unit in the back yard. Everything was left unfinished and my husband and I stained it ourselves. It thought it looked great before it was stained, but now I just love it - I get compliments on the deck and patio from everyone who visits. I would highly recommend Deck Specialist if you need work done. They are flexible, knowledgable and well priced. In addition they always left things neat and tidy at the end of each day and communicated with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy.

Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Greensboro
I am very happy with the work performed by Champion. Job is not complete because one window came in broken, that is expected to be in in a week or so. Also the electrician has some work to perform, I have no doubt that all this work will be done as soon as they get the parts. This is the 2nd sunporch Champion has built for me. I was very happy with the first or I would not have got them for the 2nd, Vincent Regan was my salesman, whom I was very satisfied with. The installation crew did a very good job, and I am very happy with my new sunroom. I would most definitely recommend Champion to anyone.

Leisure Time Decking
This was almost 11 years old and had major wear & tear. The ceiling was burned by chiminea, screens loose with holes, wood bent, dry rooted & cracked. It looked better when they redid this, than when it was brand new!!

John Deal arrived promptly at scheduled appt time. Spent about an hour discussing projects with me. Said he would get estimate to me by end of week. I contacted the following week to see if he was interested in providing an estimate. Said it was ready and he would send the next morning. It has been more than a week since my last contact with him and he has never provided the estimate. I wonder why he bothered to waste both his and my time. Very unprofessional

Marlon came out and discussed options and gave quotes, twice, and patiently answered questions, offered ideas and waited while I considered choices and decided what I wanted to do. He and his crew started when scheduled and finished a few days earlier than expected, despite a day or two lost to rain. I could not be happier with the results. The kiln-dried decking, stained Royal Mahogany, is beautiful. The Trex railing and ballisters give my house a whole new look. I LOVE my screened in back porch- a beautiful a living area I can fully enjoy without mosquitoes! With porch dimensions of 28x10 and 28x8, the cost of materials and labor did add up, but I feel the price was reasonable and worth every penny. I felt very comfortable that the crew knew what they were doing. The quality of all work was excellent. Definitely recommend Deck Specialist!
