It went excellent with them. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very neat. I had to order some parts, and they were really good at helping me with getting blinds. They were good at ordering me some new slats. I would recommend them.

We worked with Jim Branson who is very professional, friendly, punctual, and knows his product extremely well. In our new home we were considering plantation shutters. Jim educated us about their ease of use, that they never needing painting, and that they insulated well against both cold and heat. He also suggested the size that would be most appropriate for our windows, garden door and sidelights on our front door. Jim told us it would take about 6 weeks, and true to his word, that is when they were delivered to our home. Installation was included in the price. We were also very impressed with Paul, the installer, with both his exactness and work ethic. He was careful about covering our hardwood floors so they wouldn't get scratched or dirty, and he left our home as clean as the way he found it. It took at least half a day. We love our new shutters, and appreciate the fact that Belvedere Blinds guarantees their products and their work. We highly recommend this company. 8-25-2014 One of our shutters on a sidelight was scraping against its frame. I called Jim Branson who said he would contact the installer. Within 5 minutes Paul called and set up an appointment to stop by within the hour to take a look. He knew exactly what was wrong, took it back to the fabricating plant, and returned and installed it within a few hours later. It works perfectly now. That is amazing customer service!

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY AND THAT THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. IF SOMEONE EVER ASKED ME IF I KNEW SOMEONE TO GET THE JOB DONE, I WILL GIVE THIS COMPANY'S NAME OUT TO ANYONE.

Sylvester came and replaced my shutters the day after I called him. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would .recommend him to anyone needing handyman services.

From the time of quote to the final install, everything was wonderful! Jim worked with us on providing several quotes and helped us settle on the option best for us. One of the blinds was manufactured backwards but Jim noticed right away and reordered. the shutters took a couple weeks longer (which we knew up front) and Steve installed those for us. Both Jim and Steve were professional, friendly and accommodated exactly what we needed. Would never go anywhere else for blinds!

They were fine. They did a good job. They ended up rescheduling the first appointment I made because the guy they were going to send out didn't have a ladder and I have a 2-story house. They rescheduled and came a couple of days later. They did a perfectly good job as far as I can tell. They cleaned up. I had purchased the shutters so all they had to do was take down the old ones and install the new ones. It was a pretty straightforward job and they seemed to know what they were doing. I didn't compare the price but I thought it was probably fair.

Everything was good. He was here when he said he would be here. I think he did a very good job and he took care of what I needed him to take care of.

Richard was prompt in getting back to me with the initial contact and then with the estimate. The estimate was provided on 6/19/11, and the work began the following day on Monday, 6/20/11. My punch list included both interior and exterior jobs. Richard was leaving for a trip on 6/20/11, and had informed me that his 2 adult children who work with him, would perform the exterior tasks for me on Monday, 6/20/11. His son called me first thing Monday morning and established a start time, and they showed up right on time. They were both very pleasant and professional. They began work about 9:30 am and finished around 3:30 pm the same day. I was very pleased with the work they did, the time it took them to complete the work, and the cost. As soon as Richard returns from his trip, he will contact me to setup a time to complete the interior jobs we discussed. I will submit a separate report when that work is completed. So far, I can say that I would, and will, use this service again in the future.

I was very satified. He showed up on a timely manner for the estimate. He came when he said he would. The work was excellent. He did it exactly the way the way I wanted him to do. He went above and beyond.

Kim not only comes out and measures everything but she is also a designer. She is just awesome, she really is! I cant say enough nice things about her. She is pleasant and down to earth, willing to help and listen to your ideas, and she will give you any suggestion.
