I bought an Angie's List big deal and it was actually the wrong Radon test that we needed. We were buying a new house and we needed a continuous radon test whereas this deal was for something different. Larry was very accommodating, he realized that we needed something different and even though the test we needed was a higher value, he still swapped it out for us. We were very appreciative of his being so understanding and allowing us to utilize the big deal for what we needed rather than wasting it.

Larry arrived and began work immediately. He checked the foundation wall, sealed the gap between the garage floor and the block wall, installed the system and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. His solution has minimal impact to the appearance of the house from the street and is so quiet we hardly know it's running. Our radon levels are now at 0.6 (from 6.4-7.7). Good solution. Friendly service. Acceptable clean-up. Peace of mind.

Mr. Boyd was amazing! He was highly responsive and fairly priced. He arrived at the appointment early and conducted a really thorough examination. He even went above and beyond and fixed some items in the home. He stayed around to talk with the contractor and explained in detail everything that needed to be fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the latest codes. Then he sent my report early!! He was a blessing to me , he alleviated all is my concerns and it felt like I had someone in my corner. I highly recommend him and will be recommending him in the future !

Larry was punctual and to the point. He walked around the property to determine the best area for the system. He took special care to insure the equipment would not be an eyesore and placed it behind a bush. Really it is the best looking system in the neighborhood. He explained how the equipment functioned and happily answered all of my questions. I was quite pleased with the service provided.

Larry provided and positioned a radon test kit in our basement. He also left an addressed envelope with us so that we could send the test kit off for test results. Once he received the test results, Larry emailed the results to us. Fortunately the radon test results were good, so we do not need any additional work done. We would definitely use Larry's services again if needed. He was friendly, helpful and answered all our questions.

Recent Review: Installation went smoothly - they arrived on time, took as long (~half a day) as estimated, and did a great job both technically and aesthetically (aside from the PVC pipe on the side of the house, which isn't really their fault). Our radon levels in the basement dropped from well above the recommended limit to basically background numbers. I give them a 'B' on price because their estimate was 50% more than the second estimate we got. We asked, and they matched the lower number without complaint.
