I would never hire Platinum Lawn & Landscaping 2 LLC again. Brandon charged us $400 to do weed removal and lawn receding. Job was rushed and done in just one week and the only word I can use to describe it is lousy. Instead of a new grass, weeds were back in just two weeks. He never came back to check whether grass is growing, and when we called to ask to fix it, he just hanged up and stopped picking up his phone, when he saw that we were calling. Not professional. He convinced us to hire his firm and pay that much money, because he told that knows what he is doing, obviously he does not. If you decide to hire him for lawn work, pay him not when the job is done, but when you see a green lawn that was our mistake.

They are very good and always call before they come. They are an organic company and that is what I like about them. They send reminders of service that needs to be done and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. When I purchased the Big Deal, three options were given for date of service. After messaging back and forth several times we settled on a date for aerating. Close to the end of the day on that date, I received a phone call and a message on Angie's List letting me know that they ran into some equipment trouble and wouldn't be coming that day. He apologized and rescheduled for 2 days out. They came on the rescheduled date and performed the service. They aerated and seeded and left instructions for watering. It didn't take too long and left no mess. You would hardly know they had been here unless you looked for the plugs and seed in the grass. I appreciated that they kept me updated when they couldn't come on the original date. Sometimes things break, it happens. But, it is how those things are handled that set companies apart. They were very professional. I would hire them again.
