Recent Review: Outstanding service from initial phone call to work completion!!! Made initial call, left message; call was promptly returned and estimate visit was scheduled promptly. Was punctual for estimate visit and did a very thorough inspection of repairs needed. Discussed in detail problem causes and what would need to be done to repair each area. Estimate was returned early on the day that it was promised. Worked was scheduled promptly and completed as promised in 2 days; punctuality was perfect each day. Eric demonstrated expertite knowledge in ceramic tile installation and repair. Eric and his employee, Steve worked efficiently and with meticulous detail. Eric removed broken grout and took samples to purchase exact grout match. All work areas were left completely clean and all debris & trash removed from work site. Eric has an Excellant Work Ethic and his company, Floor Smith LLC, will be our "1st Go To" for any future work needs of his type!

Recent Review: This project was incredibly smooth and turned out so much better than we could have imagined. The communication from Don is what made it so great. So many contractors now days do not call back or communicate well. NOT the case here. We knew everyday what time they would arrive and what time they planned to leave. We were kept up daily on progress and where things stood. They completely ripped out existing Tub/Shower combination and flooring and some framing and drywall. Reframed new bay for new beautiful custom tile Tub Shower and installed new tile floor. Their design abilities are incredible and their ability to work around issues encountered were just amazing. I did seek out six bids for this project as we were on a tight budget, and while Don was not the absolute lowest bid ( he was very competitive), I feel we got the very best value for what we spent due to the quality, professionalism, and work ethic. I had a few contractors not even return calls after coming out to look at project. I knew after talking with Don that he was the guy we would select as he is very genuine and has integrity. The project went over the promised completion date by one day ( due to issues with our home) and Don kept apologizing.... Also, the total cost did have to go up $50.00 and he apologized for that as well - even though it was due to extra materials needed for the project due to our home. Amazing, how he worried about sticking to the budge and accounting for all the costs. It is so refreshing to have a professional contractor now days!!!! I highly recommend this company as we are having them back in two weeks to tile backsplash in our kitchen my in-laws are having him estimate remodeling two of their baths. Trust us - you will be very happy if you choose these guys!!!
