Working with Andriy was wonderful. His attention to detail is superb. He kept me updated all the time and always had options when there were design decisions to make. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, but in this case I feel we got much more. It was not a cheap job, but other estimates were in the same range but offered lower grade components. People who see the bathroom exclaim that it is like walking into a spa. I am looking to more projects where I can work with Andriy again

I have been getting compliments on how good my floors look. I will hire this company again to do my other two bathrooms, as well as to paint the grout on the floors that were cleaned

However, it also means that he takes pride in his work and you don't have 10 different people coming to your house. I initially wanted just the tub re grouted and caulked, but after having such a good experience with him, we asked him to do more work

PHIL BECK DESIGN
Phil came onsite about 3 weeks before the cabinets arrived to begin preparing the kitchen for the cabinet installation. We moved appliances, which meant we had to move gas lines, and 220 electrical outlets, water lines and drain lines. We had recessed lighting installed and new tile flooring. Phil removed the old flooring, and provided additional structural support from below to ensure that the new tile floor would not shift or crack. The floor tile looks great and the cabinets are beautiful. While Cabinet Studios installed the cabinets in the kitchen, Phil began work on the new masterbathroom and masterbedroom closet, even though this project was not included in the scope of the initial kitchen renovation. We just liked the quality of Phil Beck's workmanship so much we wanted him to do this other important project for us while we had him on the job. We couldn't be more pleased with the ideas Phil brought to the project and the quality of his work and his crew's work. Colin and Caleb were hard working and a pleasure to work with as well. And most importantly, they got the job done well

Radiance Glow Hard Surface Cleaning
Chip provided great service. He promptly quoted the job and scheduled us quickly. He cleaned the carpet in four bedrooms and a hallway. He also cleaned and sealed tile in our large kitchen and cleaned the tiles in the master bath. The tile floors were particularly dirty and now they look brand new. We couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company

Marion Tile & Flooring
Marion did a very good job on the bathroom (ceramic tile) but quoted us an outrageous price for a similar tile floor in the bedroom, so we asked for an alternative. Marion RECOMMENDED and installed a "luxury vinyl tile". The planks of the vinyl started bowing, shifting and separating within a few months and became a total disaster. Tim Marion evaluated the situation and acknowledged the problem, which may have been caused by the product or the installation or both. I don't know. The manufacturer gave him no compensation. I looked to Marion to give me some discount on a replacement job with ceramic tile. His quote was far above another quote that I received. He claimed that he was faultless and then reduced his quote to be slightly above the competitor. Thanks but no thanks

It was a great experience to have executive floors to purchase and install my floors! Bryan Alvarez the owner and Johnny where very attentive and explained everything from start to finish. They were very professional and work very fast they installed my floors in an a day and a half. I had other flooring company quote me and tell me it would take 4 days too due to having furniture and they having to move it around. I am so happy and I’m love with my floors and the installation. They left everything clean and put everything back the way they found when they finish installing the new floors. I was amazed at the final result. Jim built a room addition for our office in the building. I let him take control of the project. His imagination and design surpassed what I had in mind. Jim and his crew were on time every day. He was there when he said he would be there. Very polite and Courteous. He had a jobsite dumpster on site from day one of the project and never left a mess. We called Pilot Floor Covering because they did the flooring in the house. Upon investigation, of the cause of the leak was that another company (not Pilot) that had installed the shower door damaged the tile and grout. This led to the water leak and damage. Jerry (the owner) got personally involved to bring resolution to the situation. Pilot came in and did the demo, installed the new sub flooring, and reinstalled a new tile floor. The work was done in a timely manor and the finished product is great. The Pilot employee that came to the house to do the work was very professional and was very nice. He cleaned up after each day and kept a very clean work area. The owner of the company went out of his way to be very helpful. The timing of Pilot doing work at my house coincided with a very large office flooring job where I work. I recommended him to our procurement group at work to be one of the bidding companies. He won the bid and did a good job on that install as well
