JONES CONSTRUCTION
They put the front door up, but didn't do anything else like they were suppose to. Scott said he would come out and install the back door the next day, but never came or special ordered the door from Lowes. I called Loews myself and got the door ordered and picked up. I then called Scott to let him know, and he said he would come put up the door. He came out to make sure everything worked and fit, but then said he would come back in another week to put up the door since was been busy. I agreed, and later I texted him about coming out and he never answered the text or any of my calls. I eventually got a hold of him, but he gave me more excuses why he could not contact me. Even after that he never came out. I saw him in Wal-mart, and he still gave excuses about being busy. I talked to them again about coming up, and they still never showed. I eventually called and let a message for John, the owner, and told him that I would find someone else to do the job. Scott then told his dad that he wasn't going to do the job anymore. They hit my mail box coming out, and offered to fix it, but I told then to just give me the money, and I'll buy and install my own mailbox

Had a great experience with the Joe Spivey the sales rep and with the office personnel. Great to work with us on financing. Supervisor for the install called informing us windows were in but doors not there yet and wanted to install windows. Told workers would be here between 9:30 and 10:00 am. workers called at 11:00am and said they were behind had to go and recycle other windows. They got here at noon. worked and hour left for a two hour lunch. Windows took 4 day to install.found glass in bedroom were window must have broke and was not told of it. Doors arrived next week they installed inside doors and informed us the storm doors did not fit. Should be fixed and install in about a week. Has been 3 weeks and I still do no have my storm doors. Was told they should be in next week

The crew showed up about 15 minutes early and went right to work. They did an outstanding job. I could not have asked for any better follow thru, and cleanup. They replaced all the moldings, trim and insulated around the window. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. P/S I cant believe how quite my home is now. Im really looking forward to seeing my next power bill

He got the door from the basement and put it up in front of the front door. He had to adjust the door and the pressure mounting for about a half an hour to get it righted to the jam. It took a second pressure 'fixture' from my garage to do the job. The door is very heavy and quality. He stayed with the job until it was correct

I have been wanting to hook up a rain water capture system for several years. Had everything in place but the connections from house downspouts to 1500 gallon tank I wanted the water routed to. New 6 inch gutters with leafguards last year, slopped to one end of the house, new downspouts. I had several people come out and look at what I needed but no one wanted to do it because they had "never done something like that." I tried to do it myself but quickly realized that I could not do it. Contacted these guys. They drove down, looked at the project, had some doubts, but gave it some thought. They decided they could do it and scheduled the work. They arrived as scheduled with everything they might need. They were here about 3 or 4 hours. Without supervision they went straight to work routing and installing my rain water drainage to my tank. Upon completion I was very pleased to see that the work was done very well, well thought out, well installed. No fuss, no bother, no complaints about the job. They just showed up and did the job as requested. I have had my 1500 gallon tank for 4 years now. It is finally connected to my system. Just got in a new Cub Cadet tiller. Ready for a new garden. These guys are very good, smart guys. They do replacement windows, gutters, vinyl siding, all since 1985

I was pretty discouraged until I went to Home Depot. Mr. Keifer explained the problems with screens that have to be custom made. Rather than send me on my way, he called two places to find out if anyone would build and assemble the screens. He was concerned, however, that the screens might be damaged during shipping. They actually arrived two days later without a scratch
