There are not enough words to describe how professional this company is and the A-1 quality of our awning materials & installation. We had both a stationary fabric awning & retractable fabric awning installed. Following initial contact with the company, the company president, Gary Westlund, came to our house and gave use a thorough description of their products, including photo examples and fabric samples. His professionalism immediately convinced us to go with his designs. Following one test fit of the awning frame, the awning fabrication was completed in a timely manner. We also can not say enough about the great two-man installation team of Bek and Rae. They were so knowledgeable and skillful in the installation of both our awnings; it was a pleasure to watch. We were amazed that the intricate aluminum stationary frame fit our house and roof like a glove; a perfect fit! Plus, Bek & Rae deserve much praise for their installation skills. We are extremely happy with our new awnings, which have essentially provided another room to our house, shading us from the hot summer sun. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality and solidly built awning or canopy

Sun Master Awning
It took a little longer for the printing on the awning than first estimated due to one of the employees being injured. However, the employee did work on it and got it completed and it was installed before my "Grand Opening". The awning was installed within 30 minutes once it was delivered. It is of excellent quality, has been in service for over 1 year and the logo is as bright as the day the awning was installed. It has been really easy to keep clean too.

They had a little trouble getting the awning because the distributor was out of the color we wanted. I thought they did a terrific job and their workmanship was great. They cleaned up after themselves and did what they said they were going to do; in fact they did a little bit more. I was pleased with them as they were very personable. I also thought their price was really good. We had looked into this quite a bit and I think for what we got, we got a great deal. We could reach them on the phone anytime we needed to but they were a little slow because of the awning which wasn't their fault.

Contacted this company from Angie's List and received a quote over the phone. The price was higher than from another company but Bunce's quote included installation and I would have to arrange installation on my own from the other company. Ordered the product and received the awning within 2 weeks. Called Bunce and an installer responded with 2 days and installed the awning. I am very satisfied with the work. I'm pleased that I didn't try to have this installed on my own and the extra expense was well worth it.

Very cordial & professional when making initial contact and appointment. Prompt to arrive at site for removal of old fabric and measurements for new. Returned to install new fabric when scheduled. Very satisfied with their service. Of 3 quotes I obtained, Kepley's was the least expensive. I would certainly call again.

The Dize Co
We have called them for a month trying to have them come out because the awning motor does not work. After numerous calls they have still not responded. We have contacted another co.who came out the following day. They said they would need to contact the co. That produces the awning. That also indicated some problems as to the initial installation.

The job was okay, but not excellent. I'm very unhappy with the way they did the cosmetic work. I felt that the price was very high. I'm going to withhold $200, because I'm going to have to hire somebody to tear off the metal work. It's horrible. The pavilion looks all rumpled. It's shocking to me that they left the job looking like it did. The owner sold me the job, and then he took off and I didn't see him. He was not here when the work was being done. I think his business is so big that he spreads himself too thin. The quality of the work suffers. I don't feel like I got a good value for my money.

They gave the best estimate and were very responsive when we called to ask followup questions. They have also been in business for the longest time compared to three other companies we selected to get estimates. Their customer sales conatct person, "KC", who came out and gave the estimate, was the only one who recommended a selection of awnings that made sense for our needs and my wife and I appreciated her polite directness and being "upfront" with us in our original choice. She just came right out and stated what was best for our needs - no dancing around the subject! Very refreshing these days to have that kind of blunt and polite honesty. From start to finish, it took three weeks (the amount of time they said it would take) to complete the project and we are completely satisfied. In fact, they completed the job while we were on vacation and we didn't know that they had been there - althought we did know they were coming - until we looked out the back windows to discover that they had been here. And the cleanup was great - no mess left. Very clean...

Recent Review: I am very happy with the work performed by Champion. Job is not complete because one window came in broken, that is expected to be in in a week or so. Also the electrician has some work to perform, I have no doubt that all this work will be done as soon as they get the parts. This is the 2nd sunporch Champion has built for me. I was very happy with the first or I would not have got them for the 2nd, Vincent Regan was my salesman, whom I was very satisfied with. The installation crew did a very good job, and I am very happy with my new sunroom. I would most definitely recommend Champion to anyone.

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased.
