He came right when he said he was going to and the pond is beautiful. I would highly recommend him as the quality of the work speaks for itself. He put the fish in there and did all of the work to it. He was easy to get a hold of and talked to us about the entire process, he was very involved.

It went great! I’ve had a water feature, or a small pond in my front yard since 2006. My lot is very sloped and I’ve always had issues with heavy rains causing the pond to fill with mud. I’ve replaced filters and removed mud and debris many times in the past only to have it fill up with mud again (and burn out expensive pumps). I’d requested the pond to be cleaned out and replace the pump again! But this time, they came up with an ingenious idea! On the exterior of pond, they placed a small retainer, and surrounded that with rocks. We had torrential rains yesterday and my sloped yard was flooding. But the water was diverted and no mud in newly repaired pond! It looks more beautiful than it did on the first day it was installed in 2006. I’d like to add that I’ve had medical issues since 2006 and I find the small water feature to be a source of tranquility (when working properly). Now it works great, looks great and I’ll save money by not having to constantly replace the filter and remove mud. Thank you so much. The price was very affordable!

I would not let Saura Farm build a sandbox for me.Sam Carter was supposed to build a koi pond and move some plants and a small tree to do the pond.Sam talked a good game,said the plans I got from online for the pond were amateur and his would be much better.It started out good but I could see things weren't going as I was told.Trees and plants were cut down instead of being moved but I could buy replacements from them (SOUR FARM).Sam also created drainage problems that I had to pay him to fix.The pond leaked from day one. Sam also used tons of sealant to control water flow in the water fall which looked like s*** .Sam & Steve Carter were hard to work with and said I was imaging that I was losing 60 gallons of water a day.The design of the water fall was like a child had designed, a 2" hose just flowing like a fire hose.Some plants he moved were basically just laid on the ground.Sam Carter started work at 10:30 and quit at 4:00 so he didn't have time to discuss the project.I have since added security cameras because I think Sam Carter is unstable and I don't want retaliation.Sam threaten me that he would tell his friends in the pond business not to work with me to have the pond redone. I thought that was kind of funny because I knew Sam didn'tknow anybody in the pond business.I could go on but to give you the basisc just find somebody else.I had an experienced pond builder redo the pond 3 months later ($5,000) he found that the liner had been punctured by Sam Carter during the install .SOUR FARM SUCKS period

The Aqua Squad
We recently purchased a home with an above ground pool that looked like it had not been used in years. pool was full of leaves and debris. Shelby came out on 6-18-14 told me I would have to replace the liner and pump, and scheduled service for 7-1-14. He showed up promptly on 7-1 took out the old liner, and pump and replaced them. We had water scheduled to be delivered at 4pm. All went well so he was ready before the water was scheduled, he waited for the water truck. Once the first load was delivered, he instructed me on what to do once the second load delivered. He tested the water and added chemicals as needed. After the second load delivered and we turned the pump on there was a leak. We called Aqua squad to let them know. Shelby returned within 30 minutes and fixed all the leaks on the new pump. Old liner and pump was taken away, u couldn't even tell what a mess it was to start with. He also gave us full instructions on how to maintain and what to do to close for the winter. We love our and quot;new pooland quot;. THANKS AQUA SQUAD!!!!!

Recent Review: One of our better contractor experiences. Mike truly could not have been better to work with. I checked 5 of his references beforehand and worried that they had all been bribed to give such glowing reviews but they were right! He showed up for every appointment right on time, was extremely informative and patient bringing samples and explaining options. This is the first construction project (of many) where we left town for the duration of the job; no regrets. Mike sent pictures throughout the process and called regularly with progress reports. Unfortunately, there was one critical oversight during the construction which, when discussed with Mike, he acknowledged was his misunderstanding and proceeded to spend a substantial amount of time, energy, and labor to make it right, never a grumble. The results were as good as we had hoped, perhaps better. Can't recommend Mike enough.
