Recent Review: My door was stuck in the "up" position. I called and a technician was here in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. He fixed the problem, replaced the rollers that were causing it, and all this was accomplished within an hour and 15 minutes from the time I placed the service call.

Recent Review: We got a few window quotes last year and decided to go with Zen as Brian didn't come over and lecture us on the different window styles and take an hour of our day up. Also, the price for 15 windows and our front door and storm door came in at the same price for windows only with a competitor. I liked that the owner, Brian, was available if we had any questions. The window installation went perfectly. We signed the contract and the windows were installed about 4 weeks after we signed. They did a great job and were respectful of our home. They cleaned up, did a great job caulking on the windows and we have been very happy with them. We also ordered a customized front door with a different colored outside and inside. This took a few more weeks to come in as it was custom. It took probably an extra month to get installed partially due to weather and partially due to the fact that the threshold came in damaged and when they got to site to install they opened it and discovered it was damaged. Wish this would have been opened for inspection prior to getting to site as it could have sped up installation so hope they will inspect items for other customers prior to getting to site. Even so, when the doors did finally get installed they did an excellent job. We had some custom teamwork inside the house that I was nervous would be damaged during installation but it was reinstalled perfectly and the front door looks great! While we did have one hiccup, Brian is a great communicator and always available if you have concerns or questions. We would definitely use Zen again.

Recent Review: Fantastic! Mike Abernathy gave us a thorough and detailed estimate the same day that he came to discuss what we needed done. He called exactly when he said he would call and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would. They were quiet and efficient. All the work was done within 2 days with minimal disruption, looks great and has a 10-year warranty. Mike came by several times to make sure all was going well and keep us informed. At the end, he did an inspection and walk-through with us to make sure we were happy. Plus, when we asked him at the very last minute if his crew could change a flood light and a weather strip for us, they pulled a ladder back off their truck and changed the bulb on the spot and Mike picked up a weather strip that night and brought it by the next morning and changed it himself. Those little things are huge to me - they really did not have to do those things, but they went the extra mile with a smile and ended up with very happy customers. And no surprises in the invoice! Very nice and professional. I would definitely call on them again.

Recent Review: The door I received was MUCH stronger than the previous door (now I have a steel door). The techs spent a lot of time ensuring that the door frame was square and did not rub anywhere on the frame. Then they put foam insulation around the frame to ensure it was air tight. One thing I have seen others do is use caulk sparingly. These techs used caulk that matched the door frame and used it liberally. When I thought they were done, they started bending aluminum to cover the exposed wood around the door. Everything matches in color and looks GREAT.

Recent Review: Our salesman Dave (who also did door maintenance) was very knowledgeable about product and about garage doors in general. Was able to answer our questions about doors in general, as well as specifics about our wants and needs. Crew came on day of install (hour later than we were told was possible) and spent day installing door. Door looked and performed beautifully though slightly out of level. (crew mentioned that they had trouble with this 18ft door as vast majority of installs were 16ft doors). After a call, our salesman Dave (who also did door maintenance) came at appointed time (2 days later) and performed door tune up that leveled door, resolving issue. Would recommend these guys again.

Recent Review: THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE DOOR. I CALLED THE OWNER AND THEY CAME BACK, TO INSTALL TO CORRECT DOOR. THEY WERE PROMPT AN ON TIME. THE OWNER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
