We contacted Bobby's concrete at the Greensboro home show after getting several recommendations and researching decks, screen rooms, and patios. We had appointments with several suppliers of all three options. Dean Alley, of Bobby's Concrete, came out and listened to our wants & needs. He then provided a photo catalog of completed projects showing variation in stamps, colors, etc. We also wanted a wood pergola with electrical connections in both the pergola base as well as next to the concrete steps. I also had built a french drain and wanted him to connecting the downspout to the drain under the patio. Dean was able to accommodate all our requests. He contacted a pergola builder as well as an electrical contractor and had them contact us for estimates. Dean coordinated the entire project on time and on thin budget. After the patio was poured, there was a concern over the sidewalk connecting the patio to the driveway. Dean went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Dean also provided advise on maintenance and upkeep of the patio.

Very pleased with the process and outcome of project. Both GM Enterprise and Nelson Landscape & Irrigation are talented craftsmen that take pride in their work. Professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with... will use again in future projects.

They arrived promptly & began to work taking special care of the patio and porch furniture, plants and landscaping. They were very easy to work with and did an exceptional job. I will use them again!

I had 3 contractors come out to quote us for a covered screened in patio. Wesley came out and quoted a job for a front deck, the covered patio and to install a sliding glass door. Wesley built the patio and deck and said he would be back in 2 weeks to check on it again and fix any issues. Since the patio and the deck have been installed we have noticed a lot of issues. The worst one being the 2 MAJOR roof leaks that just pour water on my furniture and new deck. ALL of the deck boards are missing secondary screws, so they aren’t secured properly, some aren’t even secured, and boards are coming off. There are many nails that are just sticking out of the floor boards that are a huge danger to both of my small children. It gets worse... when Wesleys wife Ashley contacted us to find out how things were we explained our issues and were told Wesley would be put the following week to fix the issues. After all, we were guaranteed a “life time warranty”. Well Wesley never showed up, he never called before hand to say he wasn’t coming and worst of all I had to be the one to contact and follow up to schedule another meeting. We then schedule the following week again for him to come out, again I was stood up with no phone call. I then tried a third time and still was left stood up again for the third time with no phone call or reschedule. Obviously they don’t intend on fixing the issues so I’m having to retract my initial review. Don’t hire this company unless you are looking for a head ache. I’m now having to hire another company to come out not only to inspect the work this company did to make sure this thing won’t collapse over us, but to finish the actual job I hired him to do.

I called to set an appointment to get a quote for extending my roof over my patio and screen it in. An appointment was set for Thursday at 8:30am. I received a call that the appointment needed to be pushed back to later in the day. I was then told it needed to be rescheduled for Friday at 11am. By 11:20a on Friday, I had to call to ask for the status. I then spoke to a different employee who stated that they do not do roofing/screening work and that they only do interior work. This contradicts reviews, descriptions and their website. He blamed his secretary by stating she was new and did not know. This is HORRIBLY POOR customer service DO NOT USE THEM

From our first meeting I felt confident we would be getting a great job and we are so pleased with our project. They were very professional and did a great job. The work was done in a timely and professional manner . I highly recommend them!

Deck was torn out and rebuilt between Christmas and New Years. The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and left the area clean each day. Rain was an issue during the week and they erected tents and continued working despite the conditions. The deck was finished within the week and the quality and workmanship is amazing. Due to the extensive amount of rain and snow we got during that time, the patio was not installed until February when ground conditions permitted. The area for the patio was dug out, and the ground prepared. The stone was laid beautifully with a secure edging. The guys again, did a great job and left the area neat and tidy for me. After the deck was completed, I decided to have a few extras - I asked them to build a lattice surround for my A/C unit and to also put a skirt around the patio. These items were taken care of quickly and also look wonderful making my yard as beautiful as I could have imagined.
