The receptionist took my information and said she'd get someone on it. I was contacted almost immediately and the electrician gave me a time he was available and could be here. He was right on time and was very professional. Obviously knew his trade and I didn't feel as though he was trying to pull one over on me. I know nothing about electric circuits and he could have made up any kind of name and told me I needed a thing-a-ma-jig and I'd have bought it. He told me how he would handle it if it was his house and I felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Great company.

Went well. They did everything as promised and on time. Could barely tell hey'd been there so cleanup was excellent. It was an expensive project due to the amount of copper and surge equipment installed, but they were able to work within my budget.

The system itself is inconspicuous and will give us peace of mind after having watched one of our neighbor's homes go up in flames after a lightning strike. Would definitely hire them again if necessary.
