The wood floors installed were beautiful but did not quite match the existing wood floors which is common when trying for a perfect match. The existing wood floors were refinished and match perfectly.

Steven Booth came to my home in Greensboro to measure and give estimate for cork flooring. He also brought reasonably sized samples so that I could see them in place and make my choice. The cork flooring was ordered, and installation was scheduled as soon as it arrived at the store. AAF removed quarter round and installed floating cork floor tiles. They carefully removed and replaced appliances. They recycled quarter round and were able to reuse bamboo strip between bamboo floor and cork flooring. Job was done efficiently, and installers were very tidy and cleaned up all dust and debris. Could not be more satisfied

My wife and I had been contemplating on a bathroom remodel for quite some time; however, my wife has issues with making decisions that involve substantial amounts of money, aka, pulling the trigger. Thus, I do not have that problem. Me and my wife had two bids for my bathroom remodel. Needless to say, the first bid did not get the job (A well-known bathroom remodel contractor). The second bid did (Brytons). Plus, I went with a well-known contractor because if the job was not performed to my standards, there would be repercussions. The bids were nearly identical, but Connie (Brytons' representative), put me over the edge. She spent several hours explaining everything, and showing us various samples. Plus, I could tell she enjoys her job. And as for the installer/carpenter/plumber, Brad, he was exemplary. I do not believe Brytons could have found a better person to showcase their company’s vision, as to what a customer desires. And on top of that, he was professional and courteous the whole time he was here. As a matter of fact, he treated my house as if he lived here, too. To tell you the truth, my bathroom looks like it just came from Brytons' showroom. This is a good thing

Kitchen cabinets took three tries to get color right and paint to adhere correctly. Hardwood floors were installed incorrectly. Not sure how a “professional” company can install flooring without stabilizing the floor but we have separation in almost every room due to poor installation. Have communicated several times on warrant repairs and Ray agreed to “make it right” however, he is no longer responding to our communication to repair the floors under his warranty. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and will be filing a lawsuit to compensate for installation costs to repair the horrible quality of work performed by this company..Do not use these guys

While he claimed to be Pergo's choice troubleshooter, his attention to detail was careless and sloppy. The molding was poorly done with nails sticking out of the molding or large sections where the molding was not tacked down at all. The Pergo Floor install is a floating floor; however, he would cut boards short and leave gaps that could not be covered up by the molding. He did a terrible job for the most part around the heat vents in the floor, sometimes just knocking out the opening with a hammer and chisel - not a smooth clean cut. He and his crew left a terrible mess behind, reconnected the washer hoses incorrectly, rehung doors incorrectly to where I had doors that wouldn't close. He left heat vents out. He left a big gap behind the dryer after I paid the gas company to turn off the gas. He did not take the floor all the way to within a quarter inch of the wall. He would not come back and fix his mistakes. I would not recommend him to anyone. His work is inferior

It was a great experience to have executive floors to purchase and install my floors! Bryan Alvarez the owner and Johnny where very attentive and explained everything from start to finish. They were very professional and work very fast they installed my floors in an a day and a half. I had other flooring company quote me and tell me it would take 4 days too due to having furniture and they having to move it around. I am so happy and I’m love with my floors and the installation. They left everything clean and put everything back the way they found when they finish installing the new floors. I couldn’t ask for a better flooring company and I would always refer Executive Flooring to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you Bryan Alvarez and Jhonny you guys where amazing!!!

For quite some time my mother has been hoping to pull up the carpet throughout her house and replace with Luxury Vinyl Plank. After searching for just the right style, she needed someone to do the installation. Any questions we had were answered quickly along with a quote for the job & upon their agreement, the tear out and installation was quickly scheduled. I was so impressed with the efficiency and care from start to finish. Pete was very helpful and performed an amazing job. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed and made sure my mom was happy with her results. I wish I had before and after photos to compare because the new flooring made her house really look more modern and so spacious. Pete put a smile on her face and she was extremely pleased, that alone gets 5 stars from me! I would highly recommend Executive Floors to anyone looking to upgrade their home with beautiful flooring

We had used this company about 12+ years ago to refinish our living room in a home we lived in previously so we,were thrilled with the estimate they gave us for this install and refinish. We knew we would have to remove all of the furniture throughout the living space and we were told it would take 5 days to complete the work. The work was begun on Monday morning 10/15 on Thursday I called to see how the job was going and was told the 3rd coat of polyurethane would not be applied until Friday 10/19 and we could not walk on the floors for 36-48 hrs after that (something not mentioned in the total out of house time). We came home on Sunday afternoon 10/21 and noticed the shoe molding had not been replaced and the doors were not rehung. We preceded to clean the sawdust and replace the furniture excluding the refrigerator and stove into the living space. I called the store Monday morning 10/22 to check when someone would be coming to install the shoe molding and reinstall our doors. Jessica informed us that the 3rd coat of polyurethane had not been applied on Friday due to the floor not having dried enough from the 2nd coat. First we had heard of this so we had to remove the furniture we had replaced and move out of the house again for 3 more days. Now we are up to day 11 not residing in our home. I came home on Thursday 10/25 to find the garage door would not open and while finding the cause for this realized the fuse had been tripped and we had lost everything in 2 refrigerators during the time we were gone. We contacted Burchette and Burchette via email and phone calls put did not hear from them until we called back several days later . I spoke with Jay about the LACK of communication, the tripped fuse (we were told their crews often tripped circuit breakers but were very contentious about resetting them) obviously not in our case. I told him about the issues we had were the floor had been woven in which had left 6-7 places that had gaps that were filled in with putty that did not match the floor. They sent someone out to change the putty color which does look better . The last call was about a gap going into the powder room that someone also filled with putty. Overall the floors are beautiful we wish the communication and small parts of workmanship had been better

The crew that came to replace the carpet with the floors were great! They realized that our floors were not level with the rest of the hardwood floors and that our sub floors needed to be replaced. Instead of charging us more money, they stuck to the quote! They and quot;ateand quot; the cost and replaced the sub floors without charging us. The final product looked FANTASTIC!!!! However, we did have a couple of minor concerns. The area around our fireplace did look right..............it didn't seem to and quot;flowand quot;. The new hardwood floors stopped where our brick fireplace started and it just didn't look right. After talking to Seth and Mr. Weeks, they came out to our house, looked at our concerns and fixed the problem! We also had a problem with a very small section of our older hardwoods. When the crew placed the last board of the new hardwoods, they and quot;knickedand quot; a little piece out of the adjacent wood in a doorway. NO PROBLEM! Weeks came back out and sanded both the new and the old area.............GOOD AS NEW!!! The final product................GREAT!!!!! Looks fantastic! We are very happy

We used Way-Car Enterprise to redo our floors throughout our house. We took up all the carpet in living and bedrooms. They put down LVP (luxury vinyl plank) and it looks fabulous. Way-Car tour down our old 10 x 10 deck and built a beautiful 16 x 16 coming off the back patio doors. There team of guys we awesome 9n how quick that did the job. I will definitely use the again in the future. I used Way-Car to put in new patio doors at our lake house. Very reasonable on their price
