We were very pleased with responsive for both quote and work, price was good, and quality and thoroughness of work very good. We would definitely recommend Jones Plumbing to friends and family, and will hire again.

My fireplace had a gas pipe leading to it to fuel gas logs. However, I wanted to burn wood instead. On the recommendation of the chimney sweep who was concerned that the gas pipe could leak or be damaged by wood fires, I asked Edwards and Mills to send someone to cap the gas line under the house. The workers arrived on schedule, entered the crawl space, and turned off the gas to the fireplace pipe at a valve, testing to be sure that no gas was able to enter the fireplace. They assured me that if I later decide to install gas logs, the gas flow can be restored. The employees were quick, courteous, and professional.

Prompt, Friendly service. Very happy with Roger and his co-worker that came to my house. they showed up when they said they would, and did a very good job. The original estimated cost is what I was charged. They even waited a little for the city inspector to arrive so that they would not have to come back (and charge me an extra fee for the second visit). I will use these guys again. Highly recommended.

Job went very well. Plumber was right on time when he quoted the job. The quote came in substantially lower than another provider's. Mitch also recommended three other repairs as he looked under the house but no over the top sales tactics and the price for those was reasonable as well. He showed up on time to do the work and finished promptly and left no mess. He followed up after the inspector came and then squeezed in the final hookup once we got final approval. Office staff was also very professional, courteous and responsive I have no complaints and will use Go Green again.

Everyone was really nice, professional and they were on time, however they are extremely high priced! They charged me $2,300 to replace my water heater. After looking up the one they replaced it with I can buy the exact same water heater all day long for $1k or less. I imagine their costs to purchase it are even much cheaper. When I questioned it with them I was told it was $1,800 in parts and $500 in labor? The only other part they used was an expansion tank and a flex gas line (less than $100 total). So basically they charged me $1,200 in labor which is ridiculous considering they were only here for approximately 2 hrs. In their defense they priced it upfront and did a nice job installing, but again WAY overpriced company. I should have done more research on pricing before calling, but I had water spilling out through my garage. Lesson learned...

We cannot say enough good things about this company and its owner. We have used Guy several times and have been 100% satisfied each time. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent service than this is the company for you. I highly recommend Guy to anyone in need of plumbing services. He is ethical, knowledgeable and gets the job done. A+++++

It was horrible! Un prepared, sloppy work and messy. He ran a gas line up through the floor in a very conspicuous place in the laundry room and installed a dented up pan under the water heater. (This is a high end house) He ran gas lines very sloppily in my new basement. To top it all off, he tied in a gas line that runs up to the 2 nd floor in a way that it covered a window. The siding contractor couldn?t box around the lines because he didn?t come to move it in time because he put other jobs ahead of fixing this. Now I have gas lines showing up the side of my beautiful new house. I will have more expenses in making this look right. They aren?t even finished because we are waiting on some inspections before making the water tie ins on the water heater and had the nerve to bill be the full amount. I?m not pleased.

I have used Pro Plumbing for years, and their quality has remained top-notch (some companies start out with stellar quality and service, but degrade over time). Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system. I was very pleased and satisfied with Josh’s work and professionalism, and will definitely continue to use Pro Plumbing (and now they have electric and HAVC, as well!) for all my plumbing needs.

Webb provided excellent service from the initial consultation to the city inspection. Jeff Sessoms was my main contact. He provided me promply with a quote and was significantly lower than some of the other quotes I received. Jeff was professional and was able to schedule installation during times convenient for me. The installation team was professional and efficient. All the work was done as requested. The city inspector noted that Webb did a very good job with the installion. I highly recommend the Webb team if you are considering Heating and A/C service.

Their estimate was $725 for that work. I did not use them. They were good. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone and the estimate was higher than other companies I had spoken to.
