I called because there was not enough water getting into my dishwasher. I was pleasantly surprised that I got an appointment early the next day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me what was not working properly. I have not decided yet whether to fix it or buy a new one that would be a better model than what I have. In the future, would only use them as extremely satisfied with the customer service

Associated Plumbing Co
Associated was called to swap out an old dishwasher for a new dishwasher. They arrived in a timely manner but were unable to complete the job - not their fault since the old and new dishwashers were slightly different sizes and there was a plug in behind the space the dishwasher sits in that needed to be moved by an electrician. They did hook up the new dishwasher and had to leave it outside the cabinet which was fine. My issue is with the bill. I was quoted 75 and hour on the phone when I specifically asked their charges and hired them to do the job. With a two hour visit and minimal parts was expecting an approx $150 bill not the $265 that I was presented. When I called their office I was informed that there was now a trip charge etc. VERY DECEPTIVE ... other plumbers can do the same work for a lot less cost. I wouldn't recommen

I was very pleased with their service. I called them late on Monday afternoon and they came late Tuesday morning. They called when they were on the way so I did not have to sit at home for hours waiting. The two repair men (one was Jay and I don't know the other one's name) were very friendly and positive as they worked. They worked very quickly and took care of everything. I will definitely call them again in the future

Contractor was selected by our home warranty company after paying our service fee. Contractor did come to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He called our home warranty company and the work was approved. Part was ordered. I received an email saying the part had arrived and to schedule an appointment on the contractors website. I scheduled the appointment and no one showed up at the scheduled time or the time allotted for a technician to show up. I called and emailed the contractor with no response. After about a week I spoke to the contractor and he apologized that I wasn't contacted about the part. Apparently the emailed I received was automated and that I should have waited until he contacted me to let me know that the part had arrived. He apologized again said that the part in question should arrive the next or the following day and that he would contact me. Fast forward two weeks and the same story. I would strongly encourage anyone that appreciates good customer service to not use Phoenix Appliance Repair our of McLeansville, NC

I called Chris from At Your Serivce on Monday and left a message. I then called another company and booked an appointment for later that day to have a tech come and analyze the problem. I was speaking to the call desk and not the tech so I couldn't explain my problem over the phone to know if it would be worth the cost of the trip $75. After I hung up, Chris from At Your Service, returned my call. Since I was speaking directly with the owner and technician that would fix my dishwasher, I was able to explain the problem over the phone. He knew exactly what was wrong and what part was needed and ordered it that day. I then cancelled my appointment with the other company since he was very confident of what was needed and was willing to order the part to avoid any further delays. He said he would come out the next day to fix it and he did on time. He showed my the problem and gave me the old part to show what was wrong. I will use him again if any other appliances need repair

Have a KitchenAid dishwasher that has needed eleven service calls in three years. Constant electrical failures with this machine. Convenient Appliance has done all the repair work both under the factory warranty and under the extended warranty that I purchased (thank goodness!). Their service technicians are top-notch. They are well trained and there is no guess work involved when they are servicing an appliance. They are always on time! The first thing the service tech does is lay out a protective pad to cover the floor in front of the dishwasher. When the repairs are completed, the exterior of the dishwasher is cleaned. This is about as good as it gets. I would use Convenient Appliance to repair any appliance in my home, in warranty or not

David Hanger - Technician called when he was on his way with his ETA. He was there on time. He had a neat professional appearance and seemed to know his business. David did a brief analysis of the issue and gave me a recommendation to buy a new dishwasher even though he could have repaired my old one and he does not install new units. He quoted a price for the repair. The part he needed to replace along with the labor would cost almost as much as buying a new unit from Lowes with the current Black Friday sales. He suggested I price a new one and then call him to let him know whether I wanted him to return and repair the unit or buy a new one

Our heat was not engaging no matter the temperature we set for the thermostat, and the morning temperature was in the teens. We were cold. We checked our fuse panel to see if a fuse may have blown and reengaged the thermostat to see if we could get some heat. No luck, so we searched Angie's List and the yellow pages to see if we could find someone to work on our Rheem heating and cooling unit. We decided to call Jason Friend at Comfort Control Systems to see if his company might find the problem. We needed prompt service as we were babysitting for our seven month old grandson. Jason was working several miles away when he took our call, and he promised he would come out in two hours to find the problem causing our lack of heat. He quoted his hourly rate which provided some idea as to what we could expect regarding his billing. True to his word, Jason arrived within the two hour window as promised. He was very pleasant, and he immediately proceeded to look into the unit. He returned in twenty minutes with some foreign material that looked like some type of emergency tape that had clogged the fan motor and caused it to burn out. Though he did not have a replacement motor immediately available, he drove some 30 to 40 miles away to pick up the replacement part and then returned to install it. Jason showed us the burned out motor and got our heat going after installing the replacement fan motor. Needless to say, we are very pleased to have received such prompt service at a fair price. John, John, and Andy were all very courteous and knowledgeable. They ended up having to make a total of 4 Trips to my house to resolve this issue. Each time they came out they provided me with a morning call with a time frame for their arrival. By the 3rd call out I requested that they call me 30 minutes in advance of their arrival, which they had no problem doing. They were even kind enough to come out on a Saturday for the final service call. It was a long and tedious repair, but that had nothing to do with the service provided, that all falls to Samsung

We have had problems with our dishwasher and were not sure if the problem was the dishwasher or the plumbing. The plumber came out the same day that we called. He was very professional and helpful. He actually came out and looked at the plumbing for free. He was able to show us that the problem was not the plumbing but the dishwasher and gave us recommendations about who to call about the dishwasher. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I will definitely call them with future plumbing needs
