Eanes Heating And Air Conditioning
Over the past 18 months Eanes has replaced two HVAC units for us. They are always courteous and responsive. We have a boiler/Radiant Heat system which is completely separate from The AC system. Both new AC installs have been quite challenging as the boiler mechanics seem to always get in the way. This time, what should have been a 1-day job has become a 6 day job which has ended with sending out a dry wall guy to fix the hole they made in order to run a new electrical wire to the boiler (not part of the AC install, but something they ran into during the hook up of the AC). They have taken this all in stride, remained calm, committed and professional at no extra cost to us. Wow! Awesome customer service!

Recent Review: They came in and quickly diagnosed the problem (clogged drained pipes causing a mini flood in the basement) and fixed it. Air is back on and leaking has stopped.
Recent Review: The work was favourable. The cost of the service was reasonable. I found them on Angie's list and I had used them a long time ago, years ago and they were good. So when I saw them on Angie's list, I said okay I will use them again. and it was reasonable. Garage doors are those things you don't call people for until you have a problem.

Recent Review: Their service is fantastic. They call us to schedule the annual appointments. They come from Charlotte to Hickory Hills where moisture is a big problem. When they more recently replaced the dehumidifier, they showed me everything and explained why. I love knowing they are taking care of everything. I can store all of my decorations without having to worry. It is a very easy process.
