The Home Inspector was remarkably thorough and spent about 5 hours inspecting the home. John was very helpful and provided lots of useful information. The inspection did include all crawl spaces, the attic, and the roof as well. He didn't just do a visual inspection from a distance: he got in/on everything. The report after the inspection was incredibly detailed and included photos and sketches. I would highly recommend The Home Inspector!

Recent Review: We have lived in our home for 12 years and decided to have the home inspected (just to make sure that we weren’t missing anything that was wrong). After we received the inspector’s report regarding the problems in our crawlspace, we contacted Triangle Reconstruction. They came out promptly and spent a considerable amount of time assessing the situation and getting to the ROOT cause of the problems. As a matter of fact, they discovered each and every issue that the inspector found without having had any details of the report. They provided an itemized quote and gave us their opinion as to which items were absolutely necessary, which were “nice to have” and which we could do on our own. We were notified as to when each and every phase of the job would start and end. Triangle Reconstruction brought in different teams of experts to complete the work. This made the job progress quickly and efficiently. After each team finished, a supervisor would come to inspect their work. I highly recommend Triangle Reconstruction. This company runs like a finely tuned orchestra. They are professionals in every sense of the word and their work is impeccable!

Recent Review: We've had several rainstorms of several inches each since the installation. On each occasion, I inspected the crawlspace after the rain ended and found it to be dry. During the period of falling rain & immediately afterward, I could hear the pump "kick-in" & out for less than a minute for each occurrence. This assured me that the system was working as designed. The actual installation took about a day and a half. During that time, the employees answered several questions that I had, personally showed me what they were doing, & cleaned up in a most satisfactory manner. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the system with the exception of the sump pump, which carries a three-year factory warranty. Follow-up was good as well. The company president made a personal visit & the chief installer did likewise. Note: Since I got no estimates before having the work done, I was unsure as to how to rate their price.

Recent Review: The crew was prompt. Cleaned out debris left behind by previous owners. Removed old insulation and installed new. I asked about radiant heat barrier for one room. They quoted and completed that the second day while finishing the crawl space. They did accidentally pull out the cable to Att while in the crawl space, but helped thread the cable back up thru the floor.
