After thoroughly investigating the wall where I had originally heard the noises, they concluded that whatever animal had been in there had left. However, they continued to investigate and found that we had mice in our attic. This is after another pest control company failed to find what was described to me as an obvious infestation. They put down baits, which I was told would work by making the mice feel thirsty, causing the mice to leave the house seeking water. After 72 hours, I am no longer hearing sounds coming from the attic or walls. So far, so good

We had found out that we had bats in the attic and also had mice in the basement from where the door had been left open by another repairman. In the whole neighborhood there was a rat infestation due to some construction that was going on. So, they were here very regularly staying up with it and figuring it out. We seem to have that all taken care off. I am not sure about the price because they didn't tell the lot and we had to have all new insulation put around the house and everything. Their quality of service was good and they were extremely attentive to the situation because they were serving the whole neighborhood. They brought in specials from Atlanta and everything so the overall experience was good. I?ll continue to use them in future

They walk your home looking for droppings and entry points in the most random of places. Then they explain the process of what will happen on the service date and for the year warranty. Robert has been great. He answered any questions I have had about rats and did a full assessment of the entire condominium complex. He suggested proofing the patio fences so we can deter the rats from coming back. He and some of his colleagues have been back several times to clean up the rats we caught and to reset the traps. I am not happy that I still have the issue, but it seems to be smart rats avoiding the traps. I hope it will be resolved soon. Overall I have been happy with their work, but there have been a few times where they haven't come over to reset the traps when they said they would, but when I called, they made sure someone came out the next day. I haven't seen the final bill yet, but they gave us a discount for rat proofing twelve units, rather than just mine

The first time was good. They set traps for mice and came back multiple times to remove the traps. They also installed new vents to prevent mice from getting in. But since then, their reliability has gone way down hill. We recently scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection and spray around the house, but they never showed up for the appointment, and they never called. We tried to call back to find out why and possibly reschedule, but the phone representative said that she didn't know why they didn't come but that someone would call us shortly (within the next 20 minutes). No one ever called. We called back the next day and she told us that someone would call us back again, but still no call back.
