I am extremely pleased with Johns Plumbing, Heating and Air. My tenant called to tell me that his water heater died last night - when it was freezing cold out - and Johns had a technician out to fix it at 9:30 p.m. In spite of the freezing cold weather, the tech was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We needed a new one, which was not unexpected considering the age of the existing system. So, the tech was back first thing this morning (a Saturday) - with a smile - and got the new system installed. Very reasonable price, especially considering that this is both after hours and on a weekend. I highly recommend Johns' services. Outstanding

Mr. Hayden was great. Very attentive to my emergency, and really worked hard to be certain leak would not re-occur before he could do a complete re-plumb through my attic, in cooler weather. This was the second leaking pipe I'd had in a year. Prior plumber had made a mess of my kitchen floor to get at pipe in the slab, and those repairs were shoddy. It was my idea to do the re-plumb, and because I loved his thought of running it thru the attic, I had no problem waiting until cooler weather to do this work. I dont go in my attic in the summer, so I wasn't going to ask him to do it. Mr. Hayden was prompt, courteous, very professional, and did beautiful work. I am confident that the re-plumb will be done perfectly

When I returned home on Memorial Day weekend, the laundry room was flooded from a hot water heater that had failed. I contacted several local plumbers for emergency service, but Jon at J&H Plumbing Co. was the only professional who was willing to fix the problem. He provided and installed a commercial grade high capacity hot water heater at a residential price, brought the installation up to code, installed drains that would prevent a future leak from flooding the house, and explained why he was choosing materials and installation methods that would provide superior service. Jon is one of the very best tradesmen I've ever worked with and I highly recommend his services. And the cost was far below what I expected. A+ for quality of service and price

Our tub was nasty, so it had some serious hot water stains. The person we dealt with was able to deal with the configuration. I liked them; they did a nice job. However, I had to have them come back to fix the caulk. They also buffed out a minor scratch. Their only downside was that they advertised that they would be able to do the job in one day. They did do the job in one day, but the caulk isn't ready for another 24 hours. We only have one shower, so I wish we had known that

We had a plumbing emergency and Williams Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning came as promised. They got a little bit after hours and they didn't charge us the rate because they were late. They did the repair real quick so we were real pleased with the job they did. They were prompt, kept us notified as to when they were gonna get there, called a couple of times to say they were running a little bit late. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable, neat, he wore those little booties and kept the house clean, did the job real fast and gave us some helpful information on what might have caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future

My well pump quit pumping leaving my household waterless except for the emergency gallon jugs we keep in the basement for just such an event. If you've ever gone without water service for even a short time, you know how quickly this sort of inconvenience turns to downright depravation. No dishes get done, no clothes get clean, no bodies get showered and no toilets get flushed without special efforts. Need a reminder of how much water you use every day? Lug some gallon jugs of water around the house to facilitate the functions of your plumbing. (Here's a tip should you find yourself in Waterless World?if it's yellow, let it mellow.) After testing the pressure switch to see if the problem was an easy fix and finding the answer to be no, I googled for a well and pump service near me. My search returned Clayton Well and Pump Service. I did an additional search for client reviews of this company and Angie's List came up, but I wasn't a member so I couldn't access the reviews. Now I think I can fix most little household breakdowns myself and the last time my well pump went out about five years ago I decided to fix it myself. Four days and about 1,200 dollars later plus a dose of lower back pain that still stabs me when I so much as think about pulling that pump 200 feet out of the ground, my well was working again. Yea me. And that was enough. My well and pump career is over. So I paid the $3.95 for a month of Angie's List and looked up Clayton Well and Pump Service. This company has 10 reviews and they're all great. I call about 3 in the afternoon. Grayson and Danny show up at 4:30, test the wiring and diagnose the problem as either a broken wire or a burned out pump. They break out their pump puller, pull the pump and right at the pump, where I had neglected to secure the wire to the pipe, the wire is broken from rubbing against the well casing when the pump cycled. One more good reason my well and pump career was short. Grayson and Danny quickly spliced the wire and taped it to the pipe as they lowered the pump back into the well. By 5:30 my water was back on and they were down the pike. Super service. Great guys. Great price. When I have well and pump problems in the future, I'm calling Clayton Well and Pump Service and you should too

We have used this company 3 times over several years and have had nothing but prompt, competent service. Each time I have called with a problem they are have been there the same day and even within a couple of hours. These were all non-emergency issues and they still arrived quickly. The leaky faucets were replaced and the service guy told us that we had insulation down under our house and ductwork was damaged. Nice that he looked around under the house and let us know. It isn't the most pleasant location, so I'm surprised that he looked around while under the house to see other issues. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their staff and I highly recommend them. They diagnose the problem quickly, fix it and leave the work site spotless

Came home after being gone for a week. Found that an electrical outlet stopped working. Went to the circuit breaker and found that the sewer pump circuit breaker had tripped off. Ryan Coleman from ROBY came out to investigate. After going through several circuits he found an electrical outlet outside had been connected to the Sewer Pump Circuit along with another inside outlet ! This was done by a previous electric company-nothing else should have been connected to this dedicated Sewer Pump Outlet. Ryan disconnected the other circuits and fixed the Sewer Pump Circuit. Ryan was Great. I would have never figured out that an outside outlet was improperly wired and would have caused this issue. Thank you

I had one brief with them that was a rapid one. They were not able to go through the crawl space on one part of my house which does not have lot of space so the guy came out and once he got under he wasn’t able to complete the job. He didn’t charge anything. He also recommended someone. They were very good especially when they weren’t able to do it, they recommended someone else. Actually what happened was that I had an outside faucet that had cracked during the last fall due to weather and I realized it once everything started coming apart. Then I had to turn the water off then call people to repair it. I really didn’t want to go through the entire weekend without water. They got somebody out so quick; they figured out the situation and said that they couldn’t help. Then they recommended somebody else. I didn’t spend anything as they weren’t able to do it. I called them late on a Friday afternoon and they called me immediately back. They told me that they would be here within an hour and they were here within an hour

On Dec 5 (a Sunday morning), the first toilet overflowed from underneath, flooding the bathroom. Then the second toilet filled up and wouldn't flush, causing the shower drain to back up. I called John's for emergency weekend service and the repairmen were here by noon. Although it took them quite some time to find the problem with the clogged drain, they were finally able to unclog both toilets and explained to me exactly what had happened. Once the sewer line was clogged, the first toilet (an old model) overflowed from the bottom due to a worn-out seal. I had been planning to replace that toilet because it used an inordinate amount of water to flush and the seat was too low for comfort. The repairman told me he could order a new toilet and, if I had the work done within 30 days of the emergency repair, I wouldn't have to pay for a second service charge for installation. I took him up on the offer and the new toilet was ready for installation within 4 days. There were some mixups and several instances of breakage before they finally were able to install the correct model, but I am very happy with my new low-volume, comfort height toilet.
