We are very impressed by the professionalism, and skill of Pure Properties. Our new home came with a miserable little bathroom with a plastic insert shower tub. Other generic quick installation shower companies were too expensive for the quality of work they advertise. We called Trever, and Pure Properties, to put in a walk-in floor-to-ceiling tile shower. He came within the week to talk with us about shower design, and installation. Trever made sure we knew exactly what construction and waterproofing was needed to change our tub to a shower with no surprise expenses. We were able to purchase our own large tile, and the tiler did a fantastic job with the tile design. Everyone who worked on our project was respectful of our time, and our home. Luis, Gio, Jesus, and Jean did a wonderful job! We appreciate all their diligence and hard work

I replaced my old, strangely sized, refrigerator with a standard size which didn't fit in the old space. Jeremy and one of his carpenters figured out how to do a custom built-in which looks fantastic, like it was there from the beginning. At the same time two of his painters did several painting projects, including preparatory spackling, sanding, priming, etc. All work was done in the time frame and cost that Jeremy had thought it would and turned out better than I had expected. His guys were friendly, professional and we felt comfortable having them in our home. What more can you ask for

Bruce Zaidman, a regional manager for American Wood Reface, came to my home on March 27, 2011, to provdie me with an estimate to resurface approximately 36 drawer and cabinet fronts in my kitchen. I requested their estimate because I wanted wood doors etc. Bruce was courteous and really knew how to get the job done. Also, he brought lots and lots of samples with him, and spent a lot of time helping me pick out one or two that worked well in my kitchen. The samples were really very nice (they had that custom made, high end look) and they were solid wood. Bruce gave me a list of several references and I'm sure they would have done a good installation job. I didn't go with this company because of the cost. They quoted me $12,464.00 to complete the work--this included all the trim work, a built in shelf for the Microwave, and the removal of one cabinet that would be replaced with a one-drawer desk. They do not install countertops or back splashes. Nor do they do any plumbing. While I'm sure they would have done a good job, I thought that twelve thousand + was too high for resurfacing work. I had to put the kitchen remodel plans on hold for a couple of months, but will soon be getting estimates for new cabinets rather than refacing

I've been a NC licensed contractor for 20+ yrs and had more than a few subcontractors promise you the world and leave much to be desired in the end, but not Antonio Remodeling. They show up when they tell you and do the high quality work you're envisioning without complaints. Old-school craftsmanship (and I know it when I see it) these guys do great work. I def plan to keep using them on our projects. I only wish I'd found them sooner
