David - the technician arrived on time (even though I was late meeting him) He began the outside treatment, but stopped when he saw one of my cats outside. He said it could be dangerous if she was outside during the fogging, so he had waited until I got home to complete the service. I was very grateful that he had the consideration to make sure my cat was safe. And despite the fact that I had been late, he didn't rush through the appointment and was very generous with his explanations and answers to my questions. Finally it should be noted that this was the first time David had done my service and I was prepared to be less than satisfied. He has taken over for Brad in whom I had complete trust and very high expectations. David proved to be every bit as attentive to detail and showed genuine concern for my questions - and more importantly - my property.

I would highly recommend their termite service. They do a very good job, they are responsive and they come out pretty quick. They also told me what's going on. I would not recommend the mosquito service that they do, since it was $50 a visit and it didn't do anything for me. It was expensive but didn't really help at all. I'm switching over to a new company this year. I would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them. They are a fraction of the cost of anybody else that I looked at. I pay $29 a month. They can always come out and see me within a couple of days of being called if I have a problem. They are always very nice. Recent Review: They do good work, but technicians prefer to only do outside of the house, which I do not prefer, so I have to request it each time. They did forget to check rodent boxes but have been doing better with it.

Recent Review: So far my yard looks better than it ever has. They appear to use a quality application process, as well as quality chemicals and seed. I have never used another company so I can't compare the results, but so far the results with this company are excellent.
Recent Review: I get a lot of mosquito bites and I haven't gotten any this year. Their prices are a little high. I would use them again.
