I needed the cleaning to be done same day due to urgency. The company scheduled few things around and was able to get the cleaning crews same day. Because tenant moved out and had left the house dirty, the cleaners did an awesome job with the cleaning. The house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Will use then again

The tenets had recently moved out of the property and I was planning to move back in. I called for an appointment and was given one in the following week which was perfect. The workers came on time. I only planned to get the lower level cleaned but Carlos convinced me to let them clean the upper level as well being that I had two hours. I was glad that I agreed to it. The team did a marvelous job. They cleaned the entire 1st level of hardwood floors which was a blessing to me. They also cleared away the cob webs from the ceilings on both the upper and lower levels. I have 25ft ceilings. They were very professional and courteous. I hope to be able to use their services in the future

The team arrived and performed a full cleaning of the house that we were moving out of. The team was professional and took great care to ensure that nothing was missed. Our home was cleaned top to bottom and the appliances were cleaned as well. We also received a followup call to ensure that we were happy with the service, which we were. I've marked the punctuality as a B because the team was unable to make the original appointment on time at 1pm. However, I was contacted 2 hours prior to the appointment notifying me that they were unable to make that time and we both agreed to a time later in the day. This did not negatively affect our opinion of the service as we are very understanding that unexpected things can arise. I would gladly use their service again and would recommend it to anyone

They arrived early and were ready to go to work at the scheduled time. I have been battling an illness for 3 years and was unable to keep up with cleaning my house. They came in and made my house beautiful. I cannot believe how clean and pleasant my house is now. They definitely have the correct name. Laura and crew are indeed angels and they put their hearts in their work. I am tremendously pleased with the magnificent job they performed. They arrived promptly at 9 as scheduled. Out of the van they come with all their equipment and went to work. I was watching for not just quality of clean but initiative, in hopes of choosing someone to commit to. I said nothing...these folks took care but knew what needed attention and I must add, things I hadn't thought of. They did all door and floor trim, thoroughly. Removed pictures and dusted even backs. They knew to be careful and as a crew they worked as a team beautifully. My oven hasn't looked so good in some time! Top of fridge...I mean everywhere and I didn't say a word. I cannot say enough how good they were. I am fairly new to Angies list but have used several vendors now....I don't know how this crew is being overlooked! VERY happy

Overall everything went and continues to go well. The team that comes to my house is responsive if I point out anything missed and best of all speaks English....not that I have a problem with foreign workers, I simply expect them to be able to communicate easily and efficiently (not all firms provide that). One small complaint is the sometimes slow response to telephone messages - it appears that the phone always goes to a voice mail with a man's voice (owner?)

Provider was prompt and worked very quickly to steam clean our carpet. He was careful in moving furniture and carpet cleaning went very fast. We could tell that he was experienced and knew what he was talking about as he explained everything he was doing during the process. The carpet came out beautifully, smells great and dried quickly. For our couch, he did a test to ensure that his cleaning materials were appropriate before he started the process. We couldn't believe how well it came out! We are very pleased with the work that he did, will definitely use him again and have already referred his services to others. His prices are fair and his work is stellar...your money will be well spent
