The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The design and craftsmanship with the tile was great. The deck was everything we wanted and more. The workmen were all quite knowledgeable their craft and all of the work was done on time. No problems!!

Richard came out to look at the job exactly when he said he would and called within the day with the estimate- excellent workmanship, gave helpful suggestions for the design and finished the work quickly knowing that we had a time issue. The ramp was completed in one day. We were thoroughly pleased with the project and would definitely use his company again.

I found Deck Specialist on Angie's List and we contacted them plus two others. They had the best price for the work we wanted done. Marlon and his crew started on 8/6/12, They took down the existing deck and removed shrubs to make room for the new front porch and ramp that day. They started with replacing the back deck first. They installed stairs that went from the back deck down to yard. When they got the back deck and stairs pretty much done, they began on the front. The side deck was the last to work on. They worked for two weeks (with the exception of two days, which we were told about). They completed the front porch and ramp today, 8/25, and gave the whole deck the finishing touches. A gate was also installed at the top of the ramp. Our new deck looks wonderful and is so sturdy. We are so pleased. Marlon also repaired a few loose shingles on our roof and reset a fence post that had come loose from the concrete. Their work is outstanding along with their professionalism, work ethic, and friendliness! They have our highest recommendation!

It went very well. Project started a little later than originally expected, but was done with courtesy and professionalism. Greg always checked and verified aspects we had discussed. We're very happy!

Deck Specialist was a fantastic group with which to work. Marlon and his team were professional, friendly people that did the work in timely fashion and on budget. I asked for some adjustments in the middle of the job. Marlon discussed any pricing differences and made those changes quickly and easily. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for Deck Specialist. I've had three neighbors come by to comment on how great it looks.
