Sheet rock whole bathroom, no seams, nice and smooth, the ceiling was looking rough, they smoothed and refurbished ceiling, looked like we replaced the ceiling it looked so good.? Marianne Buckman is the best interior designer in the Twin City area. Our first project was updating our kitchen; moving from laminate countertops to Cambria. She recommended and installed a custom ceramic backsplash, designed a wine cabinet and advised on new appliances. The second project involved selection and installation of wood flooring in upstairs living area, as well as selection and installation of new furnishings (living, dining, accessories). This project was done while living and working in China. Communication about the project was conducted via email and Skype (enormous trust in her talent and management process). The third project consisted of a master bathroom remodel; remove Jacuzzi tub, increase size of shower, install two vanities and maintain storage capacity. We could not be more pleased with the beautiful outcome...which lead to the next project of remodeling our downstairs living area. The new layout and design has increased our family living area without increasing the footprint. Amazing what she did with the space. Marianne is an excellent project manager too - overseeing all other contract services of top quality, from beginning of the project to the end. I never worried, because she was looking after all the details. She has always delivered on her promises of timing, quality and cost. She is an extremely talented designer and I highly recommend Cocobello (Marianne) for your remodeling or home updating projects

Wind River Const LLC
Started 1st week of September 2019 and finished third week of December 2019. Four Months to install: range hood, kitchen backsplash, replace bathtub, replace shower, replace toilet, new countertop and bathroom tile. Crew was constantly pulled to go to other jobs. One week delay in getting corrected countertop which was not their fault and one week to get shower panel which was their accident. Normal timelines would be about 6 weeks tops. Billing was done incorrectly. Overcharges on backsplash ceramic tile of $1700. The tile was presented to contractor at estimate time, but once they started it was "complicated" and would require more money. Two of the three installers clearly had never done tile before - did not use proper tools (tile float, spacers and could not follow the pattern). The work they did had to be redone three times. Crew was not supplied tools by Windriver and had to go to Menard's nearly every day. Clean up was not done everyday and I had to ask them continually to haul the garbage out and old fixtures. George told me that he would give us a nice credit because they were so far behind schedule. This did not happen. When I brought my billing concerns and complete documentation to Angie's List, George did not return their calls to resolve. Bathtub - toilet - countertop = A Backsplash in kitchen = D Range hood = A Shower Glass Door = A Punctual = D (constant deployments to other jobs and trips to hardware store because they did not have tool kit with them.) Price = D (overcharged on tile - it was like I was paying to train his people). Also, after I sent the email asking for the 5% Angie's discount coupon to be applied to final billing - the coupon disappeared from the Windriver Angie's list profile. I reported to Angie's List. George said it was applied to the original estimate but in reviewing my documentation there is no line item for it or mention of the 5% discount anywhere on the billing. Management of job site = D (emails sent to George were forwarded to work team to resolve. I was essentially the unpaid supervisor. Professionalism = F ( George did not return Angie's email / phone calls in regards to billing). He asked to sit down and talk to me but at that point I knew I had to have everything in writing. After a very generous amount of time (4 months) to respond to Angie's, he has not. Quality = B (hired two inexperienced people to do tile work - which had to be redone 3X for the team lead and also in the bathroom shower ditto). I paid the overcharge and final billing just to be done with it. The bathroom does look great, but I will not be working with George again

They added a shower to the bathroom where there was just a tub and that really added to the value of the bathroom. We were really happy with the tile type we chose and it was great that there was such a good selection. We recently purchased a new home and I cant wait to have them in to redo the new bathrooms

Fantastic! Jacob is a true artist when it comes to tile work. He has a great attention to detail. He took the time to bevel and edge on one of my marble outlet covers that I'd likely not noticed, but totally appreciate the extra touch. He is tidy while he works and very thorough on his clean up after the project is complete. He is also a really great guy. We were living in the space while he was working and he was very easy to talk to. We are more than satisfied with our tile work and suggest Jacob to anyone we know needing tile work done

He was there for 15 minutes, used a little caulk out of a used tube and a little hot glue and charged $90.00 installation. The work was fine, but do get a price ahead of time, even for a 15 minute job. I don't live more than a mile from the store so trip charge isn't a justification either.

Our parents' bathroom sustained water damage from a burst pipe, and the original custom-built cabinet was destroyed, together with flooring and wall damage. In working with a bath-remodeler we were told that the only way to get the cabinetry replaced in a 6-wk. period was to accept stock units from a manufacturer, which were available in measurements of 2" increments, either too deep or too narrow for the small room. After inquiring about custom options we were told that a custom cabinet would be significantly more expensive and couldn't be made in time. I contacted Freeman's Custom Cabinets and discovered that we had been seriously misinformed by the remodeler. Pat Freeman came out to take measurements and had a beautiful custom cabinet ready for us in two weeks, and within $100 of the stock cabinet price. We were delighted! The transaction was efficiently and professionally managed from the first phone contact through the final installation. Moreover, when we had a problem with the subcontractor Freeman's used to make our counter-top, Pat stood by us (as his customer), reserving payment to the sub. until we were fully satisfied. It was a remarkable statement about business ethics and customer care. I would unreservedly recommend Freeman's and will use them again

They did a lot of roofs in my neighborhood. They found us after the storm and worked with the insurance company. They came out with the adjuster and looked at everything. They were here when they said they would be and those men worked long hours on that roof. The work turned out just fine. One of the things I liked is that they brought a lot of workers to get it done more quickly. They also cleaned up well. They hauled everything off and picked up all the nails after they finished. However, getting them back to do the last details took me a little while. There were a few things I found that needed to be repaired or didn't quite match up. It was probably because they were so busy

My experience with Cabinet Giant went exactly as I had hoped. I was very hesitate to order cabinets online but, after shopping around quite a bit, realized the price/value would be too high to do it any other way. I ordered the cabinets late on a Wednesday night and they were delivered to my place in (somewhat remote) NH by the following Friday. Despite being handled by 3 different carriers (and weighing close to 700 lbs) everything arrived in perfect condition. The interior of the boxes are packed very well with lots of layers of foam wrap to keep the finished pieces from being scratched. At a couple points during the order process, I had questions and was able to easily reach Cabinet Giant by both phone and email. Overall it was a top-notch experience (and the cabinets look great!). Couple words of advice: 1) Make sure you look around for discount coupons before placing your order. There always seem to be a variety of specials on the different lines they offer. 2) Make sure you're comfortable with the RTA nature of buying online. The cabinets are not necessarily difficult to put together but I found the directions lacking when it comes to screw placement. Each time I started a new cabinet type (base vs wall vs corner unit), it would take me a solid 15-20 minutes to figure out exactly how they wanted everything to go together before I could even start assembling. The process definitely gets easier after the first one and the cabinet line I chose had all metal clip construction which felt very solid but is time-consuming to build. I have a feeling the higher-end lines with cam locks would assemble quicker. (note: this item generally applies to all RTA cabinets and is not meant as a criticism of this retailer, I would definitely buy from them again

Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends

We met with a salesman and he went through all of the options for us to create our own custom shower. We are incredibly impressed with what they have done. We are even thinking of having them redo our cabin bathroom as well. I would highly recommend Mad City Bath.
