The installation of the gas line was tricky as 90 percent of the work was under the floor of the kitchen, which was accessed through the finished basement. They were timely and efficient. The price originally quoted turned out to be less when billed...always a nice surprise! They also service central vacuum cleaners and they took care of that too without cutting piping all over the house to "find the source" of the blockage (I had another contractor do just that several years ago..uggh!

We have an insurance. So when we call the insurance they will give a name of whom to contact. It works like that. If we have any issues with electronics they will give a contact number to contact. We called them and they gave us the plumbers number. We called him and made an appointment and he fixed it. If it exceeds $70 your plans have a limit. The deductible we have to pay. We did not go to them for a lot of things just one. The first experience was fine of everything. We have not used them a lot of times. They fixed the call quick

Repairman was running late but called to let me know. When he arrived, he was professional and knowledgeable--answered all my questions. In addition to fixing the oven he adjusted all the range burners. He was at my house for less than an hour, but I was billed for 1.5 hours of labor. When I called to ask about this I was told that this includes driving time. I'm not sure if this was explained up front (my wife made the appt and she couldn't recall if it was mentioned)
