I called Mark at approximately 1:00pm and on 6/30/20 and told him our Samsung oven wasn't heating. He gave me a time frame between 2:30 and 5:00 because of other jobs. He showed up at 2:45 immediately diagnosed the problem, told us what the cost would be up front and had it fixed and working within 10 minutes. HE IS A SUPER NICE GUY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I kind of want to break another appliance to give him more work! He is the owner of the business.

I was very impressed with Mark. We just moved to Kenosha and were concerned about finding a good and reasonable repair person. Even though I called him after 4 p.m., he still called me back the same day. He was able to come to my home to repair my oven within a few days. I needed to replace the heating element. When he called me back, he asked for the model and had ordered the part I needed without looking at my stove so if he was right, I wouldn't have to wait additional days to get it ordered. He was very professional and reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I ever need an appliance repaired again.

We contacted Pam's Appliance and gave them the make/model of both appliances ahead of time. When the service tech John came to our house, he was within the times given. He quickly replaced the part on the oven but said the part for the dishwasher wasn't in stock and he'd have to come back when the dishwasher latch came in. I was called the next day to set up a time for the dishwasher. John came out on 5/21 and replaced the latch and also changed the gasket. Both appliances work great now.

I have never been a big fan of Sears repair services due to a couple negative past expericnes but just didn't know who else to call. We are located in a small rural area and they are one who will come out our way. . So after about 45 minutes on online with them I had an appt. for 5 days later later.  I also had to go through their serivce contract sales pitch.  For whatever I reason I decided to look in our small, rural phonebook yellow pages and came upon the add for Tony's Repair Service.  I called and left a message.  I received a call back a short time later by  a very nice lady who asked me to try a few things before setting up the actual service appt.   After only a few minutes I had an appt. set up for the next day between 1-1:30 PM. Tony showed up at 1:00 on the dot.  He was very professional and nice. He immediately started checking things out.  The whole time he was looking at things he was telling me exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for.   After a short time it was determined that it might be a fuse (even though we had already checked that.) Sure enough that is what it was. We had no idea that we even had the type of fuses that were present.  He checked all the fuses and showed me what I needed to purchase as he didn't carry them.  He was pretty sure that was the overall problem but he just wanted to be totally sure and for his piece of mind so he even took the back off the range and looked at everything making sure it was all in good shape (for no additional charge either.)  He told me that if I replaced the fuse and there was still an issue to call and he would come back for only a small service feed that was less than half of the total service call cost. He spent time with me discussing how 110 vs 220 electricity works and why part of my range worked and the other didnt. He took his time to make sure I understood everything perfectly.  So not only did I get things back up and running I got a very good education on how things worked. He even liked my dogs and wasn't bothered by them at all.  I purchased the fuses and all was good so I cancelled the Sears appt.  Had I not found Tony I would still be waiting for Sears to come out. I am sure it would have cost me a lot more money with them too.  I would definatley use his services again and I would tell anybody else to as well. Don't waste the money on the big box store, keep it local and you will be very happy with the excellent service.

It was a burned connection on one leg of the 220 in the junction box. I was able to fix it myself and my wife baked something wonderful for dinner that night.

Recent Review: Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed.
