Greenacres Master Bedroom Remodel

AMAZING!! I am almost reluctant to write this review as I don't want to share Jerry with anyone else! My master bedroom and master bathroom transformation are nothing short of phenomenal. Jerry's knowledge, professionalism and patience with a remodeling newbie like me are unparalleled. We hit a few snags along the way and Jerry walked us through it and dealt with the issues with ease. We could not have asked for a better experience. We have many more projects in mind for him in the future. Details: Complete replacement of master bedroom flooring, moving walls, creating a closet with custom, built-in shelving/hanging storage, painting, replace/update trim and doors. Complete overhaul of master bath, creation of custom, completely tiled shower room with soaking tub, all bath fixtures replaced, floors and walls tiled, linen closet with built-in shelves added.

BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!! We had a huge flood in our home in November. Creekside Construction was recommended to us to put our master bedroom, master bath and downstairs bathroom back together (the rooms had been stripped to the studs). Within an hour of our call Steve, Brandon and Dave were at our home and accessing the damage. Every worker (Curtis, Hugo and Brandon) were exceptional in their work. They were professional and always on time. Their work was first class quality. We could not ask for more. If you need any work done in your home CALL these guys. You won’t be disappointed! They are professional, AWESOME and do an amazing job. And did I mention their office staff is really sweet also???

They finished the work on time at the bid price, were easy to work with, and did quality work.  We appreciated their professional approach and commitment to quality; and we would call them again without hesitation.

We started with a finishing up a botched job, by another contractor that we fired, of adding a bathroom to a laundry room in the basement. Simon's crew did such a professional job that we decided to get all of the changes to our house that we had planned for the future. This included a new open concept kitchen, new pantry, new beautiful stair treads and banister, new 12' X 20' deck off our living room/sun room, refinishing and updating the gas fireplace, combining two small bedrooms and a small master bath into a large master bedroom and larger updated bathroom and refinishing all of the oak floors.. The masterpiece though was the sunroom that was 11" down from the kitchen on concrete and cold as heck during the winter with old leaky windows. His master craftsman, James, created a work of art with that room. Fully insulated, new windows, beautiful cedar work on walls and windows. Simon and his crew were fair and accurate in their pricing. They worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. They were always there when they said they would be. Their work is so good we want them to build a small office in our back yard for business. We'll let you know how that goes. We recommend Simon's company for anyone who wants a quality job of renovation done. I could not put the price in the next field successfully so I will include it here. The entire cost of the project was $130,000.00. Later we will add pictures to this review.

He did excellent job with a reasonable price. We're happy with his work. We hired him so many times. He is always reliable. I would recommend him to anyone.

We have hired Elite Construction & Remodeling several times for projects at our home and we'll keep doing it based off of Sergei and his crew's craftsmanship and professionalism. The projects have ranged from small to big and each one is done with care and in a timely manner. Our most recent collaboration with Elite was for our kitchen remodel and the process was smooth and the end product is outstanding. It looks smashing! The team did a great job keeping us updated on the timeline, how the work was coming along and arrived consistently each day when they said they would show up. As the kitchen remodel wrapped up, we told them that it would just be a matter of time until we find something else for them to do and we'd give them a call. I'm glad we found Elite to help us improve our home.

Our experience with Elite Construction was nothing less than top notch! From the initial estimate and design to the actual construction phase, we felt blessed to have chosen Sergey and his crew! Great guys. Fast. Thorough. Cleanest job site I’ve ever seen! Just the best! Took about 2 1/2 weeks ...to remove the tub, vanities, old nasty flooring, and cabinets and replace them with new everything. Tub became a walk-in shower. We had an issue with a lighted mirror that we ordered via third party, and a delivery delay with our flooring tiles, but it didn’t really phase us. Sergey made sure we were informed about everything. Amazing communication between contractor and customer. We’ll hire him to do purr kitchen next year!!! Very impressed and happy with our new bathroom. It went from an ugly 1945 blue room to a gorgeous spa-like space! Love it!

Sergey and his team were great. Sergey was great to work with and he helped me make some big decisions.

The project was quite complex, removing/replacing walls, doorways, massive amounts of electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, countertops, fireplace, mantle, hearth, flooring and paint. Simon's communication was by far the best of any contractor I have ever worked with.

Went perfect he is very punctual on what needed to be done and what he was doing always showed up on time very professional and finished the job early
