Moving to a new city is stressful enough and not knowing anyone in town makes it doubly tough when you are looking for professionals.   However, all my worries disappeared and were put to rest when I met with Steve & Kimberly of Three Sons Renovation.   My initial call to Three Sons was returned promptly and an appointment was made and kept on time.   I had several projects I was considering for this (new to me) home and while the work was not something that fit in with the renovation work Steve & Kimberly do they were forthright and honest enough to tell me outright and then provided me with referrals to the local experts with the expertise and quality that could help me.  Their referrals were excellent. Even though I did not engage Three Sons Renovations for the work I needed in my home this time, their professionalism, customer satisfaction and integrity is what they are about.   You can be I will be calling them when I move on to my kitchen remodel.

This review in short form: When Tim Adair came to do an estimate for remodeling a bathroom in our home, he told me he's dedicated to satisfying his customers. Talk's cheap; results are what counts, and Tim delivered. In spades.Details follow. Tim Adair has a wealth of experience and good ideas. Tell him what you want and he will make it happen. Get into an area of your project where you're uncertain about the best way to proceed and he will offer alternatives, possibly including ones you hadn't thought of. If in doubt and you follow his suggestions, you will in all likelihood be glad you did, as we were. A remodeling project brings a certain amount of disruption to your home and your life. Tim is impressively good at minimizing the impact. He plans his moves. He lays fresh runners before the start of each work day, brings in the tools and materials he will need that day and removes most of them at the end of the day. There's little stockpiling in your midst. He also works cleanly and neatly. In our experience, any job that involves ripping out and replacing wall board inevitably means clouds of chalky dust and chalk bits will spread well out from the immediate work area. The degree to which Tim minimized that was remarkable. It was also greatly appreciated. I saw how he put in vapor barrier and insulation. It was all neat and straight, no sags, no gaps, nothing uneven. Tim takes ownership of a project, in the sense that he doesn't just work over and around things done in the past that aren't quite right. Instead, he fixes or replaces them so they are right. In our project he did that with a soffitt that wasn't precisely plumb and square. He straightened out some awkward pipe work behind the wall and, unlike whoever put that piping in, secured the new pipe properly to studs. He replaced some old plumbing parts that worked but could become a liability if left in place. Tim also straightened out some questionable wiring. These were mostly things that wouldn't show but could lead to problems later on. Satisfying the customer includes not leaving behind potentially unpleasant surprises that could crop up weeks or months after the job is done, so Tim takes care of them. Tim's wall board finishing and tiling exhibit the same care and skill. Both turned out great. We went shopping for a ready-made vanity and medicine chest. Some were good looking but not a good fit for our space. Most of the ones we saw were thin veneer over particle board. Tim said that if we preferred he could build what we wanted in the size we needed. Photos of cabinetry he has created for others looked more appealing than the ready-made kind, so we had him build ours in the style of those in our other bathrooms. Tim built us a vanity, medicine chest and free-standing linen closet. They are all wood, solidly made, very nicely finished and look terrific. How to better heat the bathroom was an area of uncertainty where we went with Tim's suggestion, He installed an  in-floor heating system. Though not inexpensive, it's exactly what was needed in this bathroom. The system provides perfectly even heating and is very effective, both where comfort and helping to eliminate residual moisture are concerned. Throughout our project Tim was considerate, pleasant  and comfortable to have in our home. His daily and end-of-job cleanups were excellent. We couldn't be more satisfied with our new bathroom, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Tim again ? something we seem to have in common with all his customers. Tim makes it his business to satisfy, and his positive reviews make clear how good he is at doing just that.

They did a great work.  We had one problem in that the shower base in one of hte bathrooms was defective and caused a pool of water.  It was not found until after the tilers had finished the shower.  Gold Seal replaced and repaired the shower base and the shower at their cost to make sure we were happy.  In another case, another tradesperson sawed thorugh a pipe and caused a flood of a lower floor.  Gold Seal was not scheduled in our home that day but dropped what they were doing and fixed the pipe, so we could have our water turned back on.

While I was concerned about using the low bid, I went with South Hill Plumbing because of the feedback on Angies List. Tom showed up when he said he would. He worked early, late, and on weekends when needed to complete the job on time. I highly recommend South Hill Plumbing.

Kimberly and Steve from 3 Sons are an absolute Godsend.  My husband and I were so fortunate to have found them when we began our remodeling project on a rental home.  They were so helpful in choosing tasteful, durable products to use in the home.  We did some of the work ourselves and they had a wealth of information and tips to help us along the way.  They came in well within the budget and delivered the quality and service as promised, in the time promised.  They were great to work with and we now consider them friends.  We are looking forward to our next project and will definitely call them again.  Highly recommend this company!

Our experience with Elite Construction was nothing less than top notch! From the initial estimate and design to the actual construction phase, we felt blessed to have chosen Sergey and his crew! Great guys. Fast. Thorough. Cleanest job site I’ve ever seen! Just the best! Took about 2 1/2 weeks ...to remove the tub, vanities, old nasty flooring, and cabinets and replace them with new everything. Tub became a walk-in shower. We had an issue with a lighted mirror that we ordered via third party, and a delivery delay with our flooring tiles, but it didn’t really phase us. Sergey made sure we were informed about everything. Amazing communication between contractor and customer. We’ll hire him to do purr kitchen next year!!! Very impressed and happy with our new bathroom. It went from an ugly 1945 blue room to a gorgeous spa-like space! Love it!

Went perfect he is very punctual on what needed to be done and what he was doing always showed up on time very professional and finished the job early
