My experience in working with Jason on the new window coverings was great from start to finish. Customer service is very important to me and Jason exceeded my expectations from our initial consultation to completion of the project. He brought several samples of wood and composite shutters and took time to thoroughly explain each product's differences so that I could make an informed decision. I selected a reddish/brown wood shutter and they match exactly to the existing wood trim around each window. Jason did a superb job on the installation, working efficiently and respecting my home by using drop cloths and taking shoes off. Additionally, Jason is very personable and easy to work with. The service turned really well. They came out in February and did not finish up till March because there were some problems with the company system. I spent around $3,000 including the $150 Big Deal. They did a very good job and everything turned out excellent.

It went really well. I had some pie-in-the-sky dreams for plantation shutters (v. expensive), but Jason was able to show me alternative styles and patterns that are different and stylish. He saved me a lot of money with the less expensive transition shades. I was delighted with the final product, and get many compliments on the style, function, and cool operation of these shades.
