Colville Boiler Installation

The service was excellent! Damien and Eugene were very knowledgeable and professional. Damien cleaned and checked the boiler and explained my programmable thermostat to me and made suggestions about the overall heat in my house. Eugene showed me how to open and close my radiators to control the amount of heat. They also re-attached part of the boiler coming loose from from the wall. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for service!!

Very professional and courteous. Prompt delivery of parts ordered and reasonably priced. They make a call to you when parts are in and parts are ordered same day if possible so delivery is quick.

Definitely a smooth operation. The two installers removed the old unit, installed the new one, tested it, cleaned up, gave me the product manuals and told me about unit operation.

Peninsula Heat staff worked with me to come up with a really excellent solution for my particular needs. It makes wise use of otherwise dead space, and maximizes options with respect to future renovation plans. During installation, the crew went the extra mile to protect floors in work and access areas and generally clean up after themselves. Zack even cut down and repaired a series large drawers so they could continue to be used. The office staff have been responsive and helpful as well. Renee even somehow managed to track down (and then kindly return) replacement heating elements for my 1971 Slant-Fin boiler, before we discovered that the original elements had become fused to the box and couldn't be removed. In all, I would say that everyone I encountered during this process has been very professional. In particular, I really appreciate all the ways that Ken, Ian, Zack, Scott, and Renee contributed to the overall excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Peninsula Heat to others.

I had just purchased my home and had received a home warranty with the purchase.... My first winter season I had fired off my boiler to find that the pump seal was leaking.... I contacted my warranty company and they had me schedule an appointment with Basin. I scheduled an a time and gave the diagnostic of the pump leaking along with the all the needed information for the parts that was needed to repair the leak. ( Manufacture, model and serial number ) I had priced a rebuild kit for this pump for well under 50.00 dollars. Basin came out to my residence while I was working and did nothing more then a visual inspection/diagnostic. ( I had already done this for them ) They returned a bid back to my warranty company for over 800.00 dollars. My warranty company declined the bid. In return Basin sent me a bill for diagnostics of aprox 180.00 this included 2 way drive time, from moses lake which is 45 miles away.... I ended up fixing the pump myself with the rebuild kit that I had found this took me under an hour to do......
