He wrote a contract out and was very professional about the entire process. He refused to accept any payment until the job was completed and I was satisfied. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest contractor.

I have small upstairs back porch that I use for plants and he came out, went on roof and installed all products to prevent and fix the leak that I had. He used high quality products for the roof and it has yet to leak since. He had very high integrity which is very important to me and I would use him again in the future!

Very good quality materials. Planning was not good. Polymer portion of roof should have been installed prior to composite. They got it backwards, and had to re-install some of the composite. They installed the wrong color ridge shingles, so had to replace those. Very good safety practices for the composite, terrible for the polymer. They did do a good job of fixing all issues without hesitation.

I was referred to Steve and his team by my brother in law. They were quick to come out and diagnose our issue! Ernie, was professional in inspecting our roof. Our chimney flashing turned out to be the issue. He showed us before and after pictures and explained the process clearly. We are 100% returning with Blue Ribbon Roofing when it comes to replacing our roof in the future!

My husband questioned some of the work as they were doing it, but was always told we will take care of it. Payed for new porch roof and got botched sloppy patched roof. The owner never came even though we asked him to come and go over some issues. Our mistake was paying him before he corrected his mistakes. The owner is lying about coming and going over everything. Will never recommend this company. Terrence Pippen is not being honest about anything that happened.

Recent Review: Getting the initial consultation done was a bit hairy due to notes lost on iPhone and having a hard time getting a tall enough ladder, but ultimately they were very nice to work with and friendly. I can tell they cared about their customers and worked hard to get the work done on my time schedule. They explained everything they were doing and why and we were able to align on a fair price. Overall I felt like I could trust them.
