Magnolia Structure Demolition and Removal

Rick responded right away with a quote. It was a reasonable cost in my opinion. He explained how he would accomplish the work and we set an appointment. He arrived with a helper on time and accomplished the work. He cleaned up. I left for work. When I came home and inspected the job, I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. I give Junk Services Houston an A+ rating.

We had just finished demolition of a shed attached to our garage, and were trying to figure out the best option for getting rid of the debris - shingles, 2x4s, rafters, and so on. First we'd thought we'd rent a dumpster, but that looked too cumbersome and would take longer than we would want, including having a dumpster sit in the driveway for a week. I found One's Junk on Angie's List and gave Manny a call. It was Saturday evening. We asked if there was any way possible to have them pick up the junk the next day - a Sunday. They were so very nice. I sent them some pictures via the phone, they gave me an approximate cost, and committed to being there at the house the next day to give us an exact quote - after which we were under no obligation to hire them.  They came when they said they would, they were super, super friendly, went above and beyond the job by helping us remove some pesky bolts from the cement of the demolished shed with a saw (our saw had broken in the process), and our garage and backyard were clean and free of that mess of debris that would have been an eye sore and extra work for us had it not been cleared away by them. It's been our experience that most contractors or folks working in and around your house do mediocre work that's just enough to get by. Manny and Gregory are different. Feels like they actually do want to do the best job they can do. Thanks, Manny & Gregory! We hope to have you back soon when we do more home reno!

Arrived on time. Called just before arrival. Really nice people. Very friendly. They took everything including old paint cans and computer stuff. They were quick. They even swept the garage for me before they left. I couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely use them for another job in a couple of weeks.

Just bought a house, had lots of old carpet, light fixtures and fans , other trash piled up in my garage these guys were amazing from the first contact , they were 10 min early , got everything up and even swept the garage after words! We had a travel trailer that a family member had been living in, and it had a bunch of junk and trash all around it. I searched A-List, and based on the good reviews, I contacted Rick w/ Junk Services. Rick was prompt with getting back with me and flexible on when he could get the work done. When he showed up, the cleanup was taken care of in less than an hour, and  the area around the trailer was spotless. Hopefully, I'll never have to deal with a mess like this again, but if I do, I will definately contact Junk Services.

I can't say enough about how great it was to hire Manny and his son Gregory for this job. They were professional in every way, and their work was outstanding. They did everything they said they would and more. I would highly recommend One's Junk to anyone who needs this service. They exceeded every expectation.

Gentleman was extremely professional.  I called a few other services and this person was by far the cheapest and prompt to the date I required this completed. Showed up on time and completed job amazingly quick. I would definitely recommend and use this person again!

We LOVE Big Ox! We found them online and hired them to remove an enormous amount of junk left by the former owner of a recently purchased property. Big Ox did a spectacular job: so much so that we ended up hiring them several more times, including for the demolition and complete removal of a 16x24 shed that was also full of junk. They made our new place look a thousand percent better! Robin (the owner) is one of the finest people we’ve ever met. He is totally honest and fair. We will only use Big Ox for any and all of our hauling and junk removal needs.

I called the number here on Angies list. Rick personally answered. He gave me a rough estimate of what the cost would be for the job I described. We agreed on a date to have the work done. Rick showed up at the agreed time and date. He was very professional, and promptly went to work with his employee.  They emptied a large building that was full of junk that had accumulated over years.  They were so fast and did such a good job, that we asked if they could haul away some more junk that was on site, and Rick was able to fit that in as well. They swept up after the job was done.  We were very impressed.  We have already scheduled them to come back to demolish and haul off the building they cleaned out today. We were very pleased with the work performed and will highly recommend Rick to friends and family.

Rick and his crew were outstanding.  They arrived at the site (before I did) and patiently waited.  Proceeded to survey the job and got right to work.  Started with the garage and quickly removed boxes of junk, papers, old furniture, etc.  Efficiently packed and broke down anything they could to make sure their trailer was fully loaded!  This was in a two-car garage, with half it fully stacked with junk.  Then organized items I wanted to keep and swept the garage.  Made a run to dump the first load and came back to clean out the house.  I've used other junk services but Rick was outstanding and the pricing very very reasonable.  I look forward to using him again - I have an outdoor storage shed and some limbs in the back yard I'd like to make disappear!
