Magnolia Artificial Turf Installation

I needed a small repair done on my existing turf and was expecting it to be difficult to find someone because of the job size. Chris from Arti Turf contacted me immediately, came out to survey and performed the repair. He committed to me that he would give the same attention to detail for my repair as he does for big jobs. He did! I definitely would recommend Chris and Arti Turf.

(James) Keith Derington gave me an estimate, but required a $3000. deposit. I paid the deposit on August 22, 2017, but my home was wiped out by Harvey a couple of days later. I cancelled the job and Keith told me he needed to get my $3000 out of "escrow". I inquired again 6 weeks later. now, seven months later, the phone and email are turned off and the website is down. I called his supplied, SynLawn, and they report that there have been quite a few clients who were burned by Keith Derington and that he had been falsely using Synlawn's letterhead to submit estimates.

Turf Supply USA did an amazing job in a short amount of time. We decided to use Turf Supply USA upon the recommendation of friends who had a similar project completed at their home. We worked with Keith to choose a turf for our yard (neither my wife nor I are horticulturally inclined) and on the new landscaping for our front yard, which had previously been 3 dying shrubs and a cluster of grass sprigs and various types of clover and other weeds.  Keith worked hard to ensure that our project met our expectations of never really having to do anything more than water. He also identified an opportunity to improve the drainage from our yard and incorporated that into the design. Once the work began, it was a really quick process. We have a small yard and Keith's crew did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. All of the installation and landscaping was performed while we were away at work over a 2-day period and our yard looks amazing now. We highly recommend Keith and the team at Turf Supply USA. 

Very prompt and professional staff. Even helped out with some sprinkler issues which were not part of the contract. Finished product looks great.

From the beginning, Kyle was very responsive and willing to work with me on options. We ended up deciding to install artificial turf and some flower beds and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even after the job was completed, he came back by to program my sprinkler system and adjust the sprinkler heads. I couldn't be happier with the results and haven received many compliments from people walking by.

Incredibly smooth. In fact, I anticipated many more problems. However, with Keith's management of the project and the outstanding work done by his crew headed by Christian and Rudy, the job turn out beautiful. We couldn't be happier.
