Called this company on a Friday after noticing that my pilot light was out, and after unsuccesfully following the relighting procedure. Would not stay lighted. Called this company on the recommendation of some neighbors and on the ratings here on Angie's List. Telephone answering left a bit to be desired. Person answering needed to explain that I'd be on hold waiting for a scheduler. Called back twice because I thought there was a phone system problem as the phone rang and rang after I was transferred to the scheduler. Did finally talk to the scheduler and she very kindly worked me into their schedule for the following Monday, which was fine as no gas was leaking, no emergency involved. Set appointment for 11:00 a.m. Tech arrived at 11:15, but I knew they were working me in. (In fact, later I saw his stack of appointment sheets and he told me they were extremely busy, so I really appreciated the work in!) Tech's name was Tyler. Really nice young man who obviously knew his business. He went right to work and didn't mind me watching; I asked if it would bother him as i wanted to learn, too. He graciously explained each step of his cleaning and testing process. In about 30 minutes he was done, the log was working as it should, and he was cleaning up and preparing for his next call. Price seemed fair for the service rendered. Only downgraded slightly on punctuality because appointment was for 11; but, again, I was a work-in so can't hold that against anyone. Yes, I would use this company again for this type of service. Good work folks, thanks, and Happy Holidays.
