Recent Review: well it all seemed fine at first we placed the orderthru cool sheds when the installers showed up to do the work ,i noticed that right in the middle of the location of the entry door to the storage portion of the structure there was a steel support for the building so i called Kyle the rep that placed the order and informed him of the problem. ( now mind you that when ordering this  structure i was more than clear to kyle about the location and direction that this door "must be")  , he called the manuf. and it was discovered that he did not complete the order correctly and it will cost us an additional $100.00 to have the door put in the place we ordered it. Kyle tried to tell me that i never told him the location of this door yet on the drawings he provided me and the manuf. the door is in the correct location . the manuf. and  installers go by the price breakdown and the cost of having the door in the proper place was not filled out.we agreed to pay the extra cost to have the door where we wanted it in the first place, then when the door was hung, it swings the wrong direction , when we tried to contact kyle he didnt answer the phone the rest of the day..........so not only did we have to pay extra for what we ordered but the door is relatively useless as it opens in the wrong direction.... it opens into an embankment which we will have to pay to have it graded away so we can use this door
