Warren Toilet Repair

Tom arrived at the agreed time (calling before to confirm). He replaced the upstairs toilet in an efficient and timely manner. Tom is professional and personable. I will call him again for any plumbing needs.

Excellent work by Tom. After he assessed the problem, he provided and installed the necessary pieces to set the toilet in place. He was fast, thorough and competent in his work. I would use his services again.

It went great. This is an old house and the kitchen drain had a leak he changed the pipe. Was rusty old medal pipe now PVC. Shower drain leaked fixed that toilet unstable had wrong parts when your had been installed . A few weeks ago there was a leak in the wall and he fixed that. Great service great price was very professional . Will always call him again.

Brenden Smith and his helper (Shawn) came at the scheduled time on the installation day.  They immediately began the preparation work (cutting holes, installing water lines, and PVC drain pipes) and setting up the toilet and sink in the previously selected locations.  (Before the install work began, my wife and I concluded that the location for the toilet would be more advantageous, if it was turned 90 degrees and located against a different wall.)  The plumbers agreed and work went along very well.  The discussion during the entire install was cordial - between the two plumbers, and ourselves. I have waited five months before writing this review, because I wanted to be sure that there were no problems - and there have been no problems!!!  We are very satisfied with the plumbers and the work they performed for us.

He came the same day I called to give me a job estimate and came a few days later to do the job. He was on time, and called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and thorough. He did a great job and we would recommend him. He also saw that our toilet wasn't working as it should and just fixed it for us.

Got to say it went well. He came right away in the morning and sized the situation up. By the afternoon,  my dad had a lovely new throne, quiet and dripless. Just what the doctor ordered! Fast and not too expensive. We are quite satisfied and would definitely hire him again. Oh and he hauled the old toilet away as well!

The owner (TJ) came over and assessed the situation; wrote up very detailed instructions. Knew almost exactly what was wrong before he got there. They were very punctual and came over as soon as I was available to have them. They inspired a lot of confidence!

I CALLED AND THE OFFICE STAFF SENT A LICENSED PLUMBER OUT. HE GAVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT WAS NEEDED AND A PLAN TO ACCOMPLISH. THEY CAME BACK 3 DAYS LATER AND WORKED FOR 4 DAYS UNTIL JOBS WERE ALL COMLPLETED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY NEAT. THE OFFICE STAFF HELPED SO MUCH PICKING THE BATHROOM STUFF. THEY LET ME TAKE ALL THE TIME I NEEDED TO GET JUST THE RIGHT THINGS. THEY SUGGESTED CERTAIN SIZES AND COLORS AND SHOWER FAUCETS. I COULDNT HAVE GOTTEN SUCH A NICE ROOM WITHOUT THEM. EVERYONE THAT WORKED WITH US WAS GREAT. I WILL USE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING HEATING JOBS I NEED.

I called Bollman's last night about a stopped up toilet, and eventhough I said it was not an emergency, Tom was here first thing the next morning.  He quickly fixed the problem and then I asked him about a dripping faucet.  He again, quickly assessed the issue and replaced the faucet.  His service was great and he had great costomer service as well as left no mess.  His fee was also quite reasonable.  I would recommend Bollman's to anyone in the surrounding area and will call him again if I have any future plumbing issues.

He was on time, he returned my phone calls. He was professional all the way through. I would recommend him to anybody!
