It was a horrific job. They wouldn't stand behind their product. They left us multiple tones cracking. They wouldn't refund the money.

I had been looking for weeks for someone locally to re-finish my living room floor and stairs.  Could not find anybody and when I went into the hardware store to rent a sander and do it myself, one of the clerks suggested I get the stairs done professionally.   Ryan Snow had just re-finished floors in several rooms for him and he gave Ryan an excellent recommendation. I called Ryan and he came over to the house to look at the floors.  He assessed the work and gave me an estimate.  It was agreed he would start in about two weeks and was able to start as soon as I had all the carpets ripped up and furniture moved.   I originally was only going to have the living room and stairs re-finished. However because the upper seven stairs were pine instead of oak and several treads were cracked, I had Ryan replace those stair treads. I also had Ryan re-finish the upstairs hallway.  He quoted me a price for the additional work that I thought was very reasonable.  It took Ryan a total of five days to complete the work, which was shorter than originally estimated.  Also the stairs and upstairs hall had been painted which required more work and the living room floor had a number of deep scratches.  Long story short, Ryan did an outstanding job.  He is very knowledgeable, was able to get all of the scratches out and the floors look wonderful. While there were a number of changes/modifications along the way, Ryan stayed within his estimate, completed the job sooner than was expected and the final product greatly exceeded my expectations.  He also takes a great deal of personal pride in the work and was always concerned that I was satisfied.  I would highly recommend Ryan for any floor refinishing job!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND They did an amazing job. They were professional, competent and fair. I couldn't imagine a better team for a renovation on a classic home. The owner Micah Meredith seems like a guy I would enjoy have a beer with. He's was easy to talk to and listened to me. I had a great experience. For my wife and my first remodel job we were worried about getting worked over by the contractor. Micah made us feel comfortable and we feel like he had our best interests in mind the entire time.

It was well done. The owner seemed to have the knowledge about the products that was presented. I had confidence in him. He is young but has skills for his age.

Overall, I think the sale and installation went well.  The installation took a bit longer than I expected it would, but I think that was a misunderstanding on my part. There are a few things that I wish had been done differently.  Like a different threshold at the front door instead of putting a piece of quarter round in front of the existing.  Also, on the island cabinet the ends of of the kick plate (term?) stuck out about a quarter inch.  Instead of notching the quarter round to go around this, they tried to cut it off.  This left a raw edge that now doesn't match and burn marks on the cabinet itself.

They're really good! I like the quality of products, service and shipping. I'm just very impressed by them. They were far superior in their quality. Also, they're very competitive in their price. From what your paying, you get a very high quality product.

Some of the work was good but the finish quality on the kitchen cabinets was a real dissappointment. Additionally, when they removed the moulding to put in the floor, multiple pieces were damaged and not replaced. We called them back for some patch work but they really needed to be replaced so we just accepted it. Eventually we will replace the moulding at our expense. This is the last time we will use them.

The project went well overall. Bryce and his partner did all the work themselves which I liked so we knew who was actually doing the work and when it would be completed. They were very flexible with our schedule. They worked through problems and unforeseen issues without a hassle. They were responsive when we had concerns. They were very flexible on us purchasing what we wanted directly and they installed it. They seemed very fair on the pricing and didn't nickel and dime us on changes.
