Millenium Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling
We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful. Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project. We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.

Heiler Painting
Rick and his team did an excellent job painting our office, bedroom (including drywall repair) and stairway in the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. They were very professional and finished the job a full day earlier than expected. Rick was also kind enough to return a few days later and do a walkthrough of any final/minor touch ups in each room. Would definitely recommend and hire again for future jobs.

MC Painting
The house is 100 years old, the walls are not perfect and there is lots of woodwork. MC Painting, showed up on time, prepped the area so my walls look perfect, left everything clean and were very easy to work with. I will hire them again. I requested oil paint for the woodwork and MC Painting did a marvelous job!

Brian is an excellent painter. I sent an email stating what I might have done an he responded in a timely manner. I didn't even get a second estimate but hire him the first day because I liked how he explained what he would do. The first scheduled painting date was canceled by me. Brian immediately looked at his schedule and gave me another date that was only three days from the date I had canceled. Brian arrived about fifteen minutes before the time as he was waiting for the other painter. Dave showed up right on time. Brian was surprised to see I had cleared out the rooms to be painted. This made for a quick arrangement of the heavier furniture I could not move and a quicker preparation period. Brian offered to help me put the rest of the furniture back in the two rooms but I need to finish wallpapering so I didn't need help at that time. Additional work will be done at a later date and I even sent him over to my neighbor. She will also have work done. Well done Brian and Dave and thanks!!!

Red White and Blue Painting Enterprise
Eric and his team were excellent. They arrived early and spent the day completing the job of removing 40 year old wallpaper and then painting newly smooth walls. I will definitely have Eric come back for future jobs. Not only did the walls look incredible when they were done, but both Eric and his colleague were friendly, professional, and efficient. I'm grateful for finding Eric!

Everything went very well. Mr. Marioni and his helper arrived at 8:30 a.m. and went right to work. The work area was kept clean and the painting was completed in a timely manner. I was quite satisfied with the work and would use Mr. Marioni again.

Recent Review: We interviewed several painters and were very drawn to Matt's professional approach. His bid to do the work was very thorough starting from the job description of the work to be done, to his certifications of insurance, liability, and from the EPA regarding lead paint. He presented us with pictures of his work in other places. There was no doubt that he was the best person to do the job but we had other lower bids. After thinking about the quality of the proposals and the amount of time we expect the paint job to last, we thought a better quality job would last longer and be less expensive in the long run. Eddie and his crew showed up on time and did their work efficiently. At day's end they cleaned up enough that we could live in the spaces in which they were working. When they were finished the whole job, it was almost as if they hadn't been there at all except the walls and ceilings looked great! Matt promised that if any touch-up work was needed, he would be happy to send someone to do it. Fortunately, we never had to take him up on his offer. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did.
