The Shed Lot constructed and installed a shed. My husband and I worked directly with Paul, the owner. Paul, informed us, the shed would be under warranty and he explained he would register the shed; thus my husband and I placed our trust in Paul, as the owner of The Shed Lot, to register our shed accordingly. As time passed, my husband and I did not receive paperwork regarding the warranty for the shed. In 2020, I sent Paul an email asking him to get back to me to confirm if he registered the shed. I also inquired whether the shed would be registered as one unit or if the shed was registered separately by manufacture. For example, roof, siding, doors, and so forth. If it was the latter, I asked Paul to provide me with the name of the manufacturers he had registered our shed for my records. I did have the name of the manufacturer for the roof. When I called the manufacturer, they explained they did not have anything stating that The Shed Lot contacted them to register the roof of my shed. To date, The Shed Lot has not replied to my email. I also called Paul several times, but he never returned my call. I do not know if Paul registered my shed or not, and if he did, with whom it would be registered with, aside from the roof manufacturer because of Paul's refusal to provide me with the information. Whether Paul forgot to register the shed or if he mislead us throughout the process when my husband and I purchased the shed from him, Paul's actions reflect poorly on him and on his business.
