Just wanted to inform you that I recently had a big surprise; a pleasant experience with a contractor. The company, “We Care”, had performed some exterior work on the front of my house in May of 2011, and I was pleased with the outcome. However, after a recent storm, I had to place a service call to “We Care”, because some of their work got damaged. Within a matter of hours, the owner of the company personally came out and surveyed the damage. Two days later a crew was out to make the repairs free of charge, which I thought was impressive. I didn’t have to hear, this is storm related, or an act of God, or any other excuse to charge me a service fee. I was not surprised with the May outcome, because contractors have to satisfy the customer, in order to get paid. But, after they get your money, it’s usually a different story. I actually believe “We Care” really cares!!
