I hired Mr. Handyman to either repair or replace a rotted wooden screen door on my porch. Pat arrived on time, checked out the door and recommended a replacement. He dashed off to price doors at a couple local stores, and was back in minutes to say that one would need to be ordered. He said there was no point in paying him to go stand around Home Depot, and I should order the door and call when I had it. I did exactly that, and he came back and installed it in no time. The work was perfect, the handyman was pleasant and very efficient, and I was pleased with the service. Mr. Handyman does tend to be pricey. $150 for the first hour, and $80 per hour after that. I wouldn't call them for a job I could do myself, but would use them again for other jobs.
