Reviews in Drexel Hill to Install Outdoor Kitchen

King Soliman & Son LLC
Plumbing work for outdoor kitchen and fireplace - ran gas lines for grill and fireplace and ran water lines for outdoor sink.

M. Resnick Plumbing LLC
Mr. Resnick, on a day's notice, was able to come out and install an outdoor gas line for our outdoor kitchen. He had to return on several occasions because we had to install the kitchen and the patio floor as well, but he was very professional and did a nice job. He assessed the area and parts needed, returned to do the initial tapping from our gas line and then returned after the kitchen base and grill was installed to run the line from the outside of our home to our kitchen. The kitchen still is not finished, but we believe we will have a well working grill and burner when it is complete!

Second time I have used them. We switched from another excellent plumber who we felt was very expensive. They were very responsive, personal and effecient, keeping me updated via text and They also gave me some tips regarding a possible builder concern. They are coming back to open up some celing dry wall and hopefully get to the bottom of a leak.

John's Reliable Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
John's Reliable Plumbing & Drain Cleaning did a great job removing a rock that was stuck in my drain pipe.
- Tim W....
Cullinan Plumbing & Heating LLC
Jim the owner completed the job himself. He put a bucket under a faucte in the basement that he left open and was leaking. He never told us. The room he left it in was finished. I did not go to the basement for 3 or 4 weeks since he finished. I went down tonight on an unrelated issue and saw the bucket was overflowing. It must have been overflowing for weeks. There is black mold all over the walls and the rug in half the room was soaked. We have Servpro Restoration Services coming to clean up tomorrow.

Andy's Carpentry And Repair
The crew of 3 showed up everyday on time (unless it was raining too hard). They worked hard only took a short lunch break. Andy, Josh and CJ worked with us and made changes that we wanted as the job went along. We had a great experience with Andy and his crew and highly recommend them for your new roof or new vinyl siding or repairs. We are planning to have them come back to replace the railing around our deck, because they work ethic is awesome and the pricing was reasonable.

Joseph Giannone Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
The important part is what they did not do. I discussed making some modifications to my outdoor plumbing, adding a shut-off valve inside, etc... and they agreed with my ideas/plans, but neglected to ever follow up with a quote. They were on time, professional, and their pricing seemed fair.

Robert made two trips out to the house to locate the issue with our water pressure. It was determined that the water was flowing properly throughout the home and the problem was with the outside plumbing under the sidewalk. He was great. I would recommend him to anyone.

AJR Environmental Inc
It was very nice. I think that outdoor kitchens are going to become more popular as more people renovate their homes. I liked everybody, except their plumber, I had to have another plumber come out and fix some things. It is gorgeous. Andy was the onsite foreman, and he was wonderful. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I was totally unimpressed with the plumber. I would have used my own plumber, if I had known what he was going to do. They were willing to work around my tree and they had a tree expert that they were working with. The plumber they used held up the building inspector and Andy and his crew. He showed up at dinnertime to work, because that was the only time that he could show up. I took a day off and he never showed up. He left a half hour before the building inspector's appointment. He knew that the building inspector was coming. The inspector was furious. The drain would not drain properly. If you work with AJR, insist on using your own plumber. I would use AJR again.

Jack of All Trades Handyman Services LLC
The kitchen looks like a new kitchen, even though most of the cabinets were already there. The counter top and the new pieces have provided a make-over to the kitchen. Jack did a great job.

Recent Review: I am so very proud of the work done at my home by the Bella Brothers Team. My kitchen is beautiful! I have to do something every room in the house now  The Project manager, Eric guide me through the process and addressed any concern I had timely. Construction was led by John and his team. They were great! Timely, respectful and mindful of our home. He gave pro and cons of any additional suggestion I had which was appreciated. The craftsmanship associated with the Bella Brothers name is exceptional. I could not wait to get home from work every day to see the progress that was made. The job took 4-5 weeks. Our visit to their showroom to sign the contract included a meeting with their Designer. I had a vision but I let him take the lead. So happy that I did, the style is unique and beautiful. I am sure there is not another Kitchen in my neighborhood with the same designer tiles as I have  Simply Beautiful! Thank You to the Bella Brothers Team!

Recent Review: This was my first experience with professional renovations being done in my home so I was very nervous in the beginning about the whole process. I knew that there were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed in regards to failing structure, and I felt that this was not going to be a huge challenge from beginning to end. However, after only one day I felt reassured that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Neal and his workers attacked all the obstacles they faced smoothly and professionally. I received daily updates on the progress that was being made and was made to feel that I was also a part of the whole process from beginning to end. The workers were very timely in their arrival and upon departure the area was always kept as clean as they could possibly make it under the circumstances. The end result was nothing short of miraculous! Words cannot begin to express the joy and elation I had upon seeing my brand new kitchen for the first time. This was a herculean task that met, and exceeded, my expectations. I will, without hesitation, use Housing Solutions for any future work I would like to have done in my home and have already shared my before and after photos with family and friends who were so impressed that they are considering using Housing Solutions for their home renovations. Kudos to Neal Rogove and his team. You guys are pretty amazing!!!

Recent Review: I can't stress this enough without crossing the border into hyperbole: the Basic basement Company handled our project absolutely perfectly in every way. Okay, so there was one small detail: when the sink was installed, they forgot to bring a catch basin (that thing that goes in the drain). That was literally the ONLY thing that didn't go exactly as planned, budgeted and scheduled. We needed our entire kitchen redone, from the floor to the cabinets, and Dominick came to do the design. He listened to what we were looking for, gave us a bunch of great choices, worked with us on the small details (trim, etc) and gave us good advice on what works in our space, even when it might mean a lower total quote. We were thinking of doing cabinets all the way to the ceiling (we hated our soffet so much), for example, but Dominck suggested a slightly shorter cabinet that allowed for the use of real crown molding instead of quarter round, and it makes a gigantic difference. Unlike a lot of the other places who came in, he gave us a price on the spot. He sent us a final design the same day (without us having to sign a contract to even look at it, as one place wanted us to do), we made a couple of small changes. We also had some options on the pricing, which I really appreciated (mainly doing the demolition ourselves). Once we decided on a price, that price never wavered (you hear a lot of stories about how contractors discover new things to charge for along the way, there was absolutely none of that!). As far as timeliness is concerned, we were given a hard-dated timeline at the beginning of the project, and BBC hit every single date right on the money. They'd give you their service window, so say something like between 8 and 10 AM, and invariably they were there at 8:30. They used several different crews between flooring and cabinets and counter tops (standard for this sort of work), all of which were completely professional, worked clean, respected our space. They were always done when they said they'd be, and at every step we were just wowed by the results. They completely redid our kitchen in a total of five working days in the course of three weeks (350 square foot kitchen and entry way). The longest part was waiting for the granite, which took only two weeks. Our old house, we went through a similar project with Home Depot contractors, and it took a month! There are few renovation projects as stressful and inconvenient as doing a kitchen, let's face it. The one factor that really, really set this place apart for us was their responsiveness, which is really the only comfort under the circumstance (again, using Home Depot I actually had to write a letter to their regional manager to get someone to tell us what was going on with our granite). Gail, our project manager, responded to several emails from us within hours, not days, and she was absolutely there when we needed something answered or had even little questions. It's a huge difference maker: we never felt like we were project # LU864234; they treated us like we were their only job. Just a tremendous experience. When they were done, the kitchen looked so good that I'd find my wife just standing in it admiring it for a few days. We can't recommend Basic Basement highly enough, and we plan to use them for future renovations. The only downside I could see with this place is they don't offer an in-house finance plan, but we're savers, so for us this was a non-factor. They collect in three installments, the last one only upon job completion and meeting with you to make sure you're happy. To put it simply, USE THIS PLACE.

Recent Review: It went extremely well. The quality of work is excellent. The contractor M&E Renovations (Ian) is very responsive and receptive to our input and was always very courteous in his attitude. Good experiences in coordination with him in selecting the materials and appliances. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work. We are very happy with the final product of their work. We would be more than happy to recommend M&E Renovations to any of our friends.

Recent Review: Jennifer was a big help during slab selection and sink and faucet selections. Jon spent the day carefully measuring our existing countertop overhangs and cooktop placement so that the new countertops would have the same profile and that new leathered granite countertops would fit perfectly, before removing the old ones with minimal mess. Digital slab matching was efficiently and artisticly handled by Matt, so that we had only two seams. Countertop installatiion was supper efficient, led by Jim. Stonemasters seaming process is incredible. We used almost 3 slabs. A small glitch with a stuck cabinet door was corrected within 24 hrs. We opted for a tile backsplash and while unhappy with the scheduling of the work, the result (thanks to Jon, again) is beautiful. Recommended Plumbing and electrical subcontractors did great jobs getting the kitchen back on line.

Recent Review: It was totally awesome, Mike and his sons were very responsive to our requests, brought any concerns to us before they became big issues, and made the entire process very easy to tolerate. Mike even took us to a cabinet specialist to choose our style, we found things we didn't even know existed. It's hard going without your kitchen but theses guys were not only professional but fun to work with. Working on getting the bathroom done next by MK Remodeling. I would highly recommend.

Recent Review: Jesse and his team were able to move their schedule around to help us. From the start of the job, they were both professional and friendly. They were punctual each day and worked efficiently to get the work completed as quickly as possible. Any small issues we identified were addressed immediately. I would hire them again.

Recent Review: Gutting the rooms went easy enough. The kitchen floor needed to be taken down to the studs because the beams were so uneven and needed to be planed to make the floor even. The plumbing for the upstairs had to be reconfigured (in the kitchen ceiling)it was a
