Recent Review: ).Everything went very smoothly. Our Whole house air conditioner died on a Thursday, they came out on Friday, gave us a quote, and installed it the following Tuesday. They were very apologetic that they couldn't get it done faster, but it was a hot, humid week and lots of systems were failing and they were very busy. Received a nice discount both for being Angie's List members- they didn't have a coupon listed but we asked and they matched another contractor's discount, and also because we had a service contract with them for our furnace and old air conditioner (it was OLD).

Recent Review: The project went very well. The old heater was removed and the new one installed the same day so the lack of heat in January was not an issue. The whole job was completed within the two days scheduled. The new system is working very well.

Recent Review: HVAC unit had stopped working and as soon as I contacted Wilson Mechanical the owner stopped by my house to assess the situation . He was fast and professional and once he identified the problem he explained it to me in detail, gave me more than one option for the repair (which not all contractors do) , and provided an honest and fair price for the work that was going to be performed. The outside unit was replaced in one day (awesome) and he performed a follow up the next day of the installation. I would strongly recommend Wilson Mechanical for HVAC repairs. Recent Review: Emergency AC repair service was provided very quickly on a sweltering summer day. Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: oilHinkles removed our old oil boiler and installed a high efficiency gas boiler system for our heat and hot water. The old materials including the fuel oil storage tank were removed promptly and without any mishaps. They brought an electric hot water heater with them to hook up so that we would have hot water during the three days that the whole process was supposed to take. The workers arrived promptly each day and were ready to answer any questions. The office was very communicative and helpful answering questions leading up to the installation. Everything was left in good order after the three days and so far we are very happy with the new equipment.

Recent Review: Of the four quote to do my job, All Climate Heating and Cooling came up with the least expensive, most simplistic solution to my heating/cooling problem. I was very impressed with All Climate Heating and Cooling owner Steve Guthan's knowledge of heating and cooling systems. I was also impressed with how neatly the project was completed as well as the functioning of the finished system. My job was started and finished according to schedule and within the terms of the proposal. All Climates work crew was very polite, well trained, and closely supervised by the owner. The work area was cleaned to my satisfaction and all replaced items were removed from the site upon completion of the project.

Recent Review: This service was purchased from The Duct Guys. They sent Turtle Tech to perform the install. Two techs arrived around 11:00 AM. They removed the old furnace and air conditioner, then installed the new equipment, along with all additional wiring and equipment that was needed. The whole job took around 6 hours, they took away all the old equipment and left the basement and back yard cleaner than it was when they got there. The performance of this Lennox equipment is amazing! The house quickly goes to any temperature we set the thermostat to. No more compressor running non-stop until it overheats and still not cooling the house. I can't wait to see the next electric bill. We are extremely happy. I would highly recommend Turtle Tech for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Recent Review: I was very pleased with the quoting process and install of our new air conditioner. We got 5 quotes for our new system. All were professional but Bob Malinowski with ServiceMark in King of Prussia, came highly recommended and after meeting him I was very pleased with his honestly and responsiveness. ServiceMark won our bid due to reputation, quality of work, and cost competitiveness. The team who did the install was efficient and clean (sweapt up debris, cleaned around the install area and used drop clothes and booties while inside the house). I will be using them for ongoing service and any other needs. I did call them to quote and later fix a cracked waste pipe. Again was happy with cost, service and the efficient work of their contractors.

Recent Review: Our central a/c decided to self-implode right before the big heat wave this summer. EMC came out on a Saturday to take a look and let us know we needed a new system. Everything was replaced yesterday in a quick, timely matter. He also let us know that we would need a repair done to our heating system before fall, which I greatly appreciate! Great service. Great people.

Recent Review: Rick promptly returned my call. He honestly advised me to buy a new air conditioner, rather than repair the noisy fan motor assembly in my 4 year old Sharp in-wall air conditioner, as the cost of the parts and repair would almost equal the cost of a new unit.

Recent Review: Castelli definitely provided the best quote for the work done, they came in and did a thorough quote and were prompt in providing it in writing. They were able to fit our project in with short notice (about a month) and they had great communication throughout the entire project. Being a family-run business, they were responsive and flexible to the changes we asked for and hustled to make our priorities their priorities. Overall we are more than happy with the work and the small gripes are well overshadowed by the professionalism and rapidity with which they performed the work. Unlike other horror stories about contractors, Castelli was easy to contact and quick to respond. They hit their timelines within reason and actually completed projects in less than estimated time. We did have difficulty with them smoking in the house, which we did not want, so please make sure you make them aware of that up-front if you do not want the workers smoking inside. Our house was empty and under full construction when they started and they did not smoke inside once we were living in the house. The ceilings went up in one day, as did the furnace and flooring. Castelli used Phong Flooring for the floor installation and they were quick and cheap with great results. They were able to take most of a nasty hump out of one floor without charging us additionally for it. Desantis Heating & Air conditioning was used for the furnace and range installation and we were more than happy with their work. Justin, the furnace installer is highly skilled and did great work, coming back to replace a section of the venting because he did not feel comfortable with the initial sizing. He also met with me for some time about the installation of a central air conditioner. Although I was willing to have him install a unit that would not have been effective, he said that he was not willing to do additional work that would have made him money but would not have been effective because he doesn't do poor work and didn't want his name on it. I think this speaks volumes as to Desantis' professionalism and work ethic. The work he did do: installing the furnace, was wonderful. The foreman, Robert was always responsive and helpful and willing to spend time looking over problems or giving me suggestions on areas of additional house work that I would be doing myself. We had purchased the house using a 203(k) loan and Castelli was willing to go along with this horribly bureaucratic payment process and the contractual regulations that were involved, but it allowed me the ability to get into a house that would have otherwise gone to the developers and been flipped. Working with Castelli, I was able to get a huge volume of work done in a small amount of time, allowing me to pick up the equity in the house instead of paying a much much higher price for one already "renovated". According to the appraisal, the house gained approximately $75,000 in value due to the work they did and the work I put into it over less than 6 weeks. That 's a contractor to have on your side. As a note, the more specific you can be with instructions, the more satisfied you will be with the outcome. They are more than willing to correct problems and change plans midway (for a price) as long as you keep in constant contact and voice your concerns. While it wasn't all perfect, I would much much rather come back to Castelli next time than take my chances with an unknown General Contractor or a series of individual contractors.

Recent Review: Tim was very helpful and was able to give me an initial estimate over the phone. He came out to the house a week before the job and told me there would be a small (and was very small) extra charge for the length of tubing required. Within 4 hours, they had disassembled and installed my new tank and was installed to code. I am very happy with the work performed and would recommend Tim.

Recent Review: Steve responded to me within 15 minutes of my call and was at my house an hour later. He completely explained the problem and how it needed to be corrected. He installed an expansion tank on the heater and it corrected the problem. In addition, he called a few hours later to make sure that every thing was working correctly and that there were no leaks. He reiterated that should there be a problem, I should call him immediately. It was great doing business with him and will use him again.

Recent Review: They are professional, on time, billing is "A" the only question I would have I think they are pretty high in their product now. They deliver professionalism and installing and their product is an A but I wonder about their price. My air conditioner is fifteen years old I asked him for a price. Last year they gave me a price of $6,7 and $8,000. for a ton a half A/C which I thought was a little high. I haven't had it replaced. I hope I didn't jinx myself. My air conditioner is working fine, I hope it stays that way and hold our for another season. At this point, I don't know for sure, I'll have to do some more checking, but I am going to replace the air conditioner. The heating, air conditioner and oil tank were all put in the same time, May of 1998. If I'm going to replace one I might as well replace everything. Most of their work seems to be a bit high, but they are on time, very professional but you pay for it.

Recent Review: We got estimates from multiple companies. Toran owner Art Toran was the first to sit down with us and do the estimate on the spot. He did a great job explaining all the variations and pricing options on which most other companies were very unclear. Work was scheduled within two weeks of our deposit and completed on time. Toran's workers were friendly and careful in our house for the few days they were here. We had two minor issues with our new system and Art came out twice as soon as we called to make adjustments.
